The manager was completely unreasonable and treated me and my friends inappropriately. The store was empty and there was no reason to tell us to leave but we were not permitted to purchase our items and accused of stealing. She should not be expected to manage or work with people whatsoever. Horribly disappointed. Will not be getting my service ever again which is unfortunate because it was so convenient for me.

This Walgreens has to have the most unprofessional rudest managers ever !!!! I frequent this one the lines can get very long and when the managers are called to help they come very upset !!!! I was yelled at screamed at by the manager Renee in front of a long line of customers whom were shocked by her behavior !!!! She sent me to several counters just to load a card and they kept sending me to her ! When I asked her why she said I can goto another Walgreens and walked away and refused to ring up any customers.when asked why she was yelling and suppose to be a manager she yelled I don't have to answer you.the other employees were apologizing for her behavior as they were shocked as well.she need to find another profession! not ok to treat customers that way and yell when it was her fault.

Pharmacy hangs up on you if it’s within 20 minutes of their lunch break. Called 5 times prior to 1:30 and was hung up on every single time. Seriously?

I had set up an appointment online a week ago for my first dose of covid vaccine and when I arrived at the pharmacy this morning the lady with blue hair rudely told me "it'll be a min" without even looking at me. Didn't acknowledge me again until another person walked up behind me. Told her I was there for vaccine and she yelled at someone I couldn't see behind the partition like "hey Mike we're out of the vaccine right?!" When he confirmed this she sneered at me and said we're out. I was a little confused so to confirm I repeated that I had an appointment set up for this a week ago and she literally bit back at me "we're out I don't know what you want me to do" didn't ask if I wanted to schedule somewhere else or offer any kind of assistance. Not sure why I was able to make an appointment if this location was out but ok....left this store feeling humiliated and like I didn't matter. Customer service goes a long way and had she been just a little more helpful and caring like I'd expect anyone in the medical field to be I'd probably find another location instead I think I'll go somewhere else for vaccinations.

They closed their public restroom. Stores should post on their front doors that the restroom is unavailable. I heard a woman hurrying her little girl back out to the car. They had come in expecting to be able to use the restroom, went all the way to the back of the store only to find it closed.

Wife just filled her prescription today. She got home and one of her three bottles had been opened. There were supposed to be 30 pills inside but it only had 2 pills. Seems like someone hurriedly dumped a bunch out or knew to leave enough in there to rattle. Shes going back up there now but this is just terrible. Manufacturer seal being broken doesn’t happen at the manufacturer. She’s not one to leave a review but people need to know.

Worst pharmacy manager ever. He was yelling at me about an expired prescription. I had dropped it off before it expired. He then yelled at the sweetest tech, who was clearly shaken by his behavior. He then told her to change the date in the computer and yelled a little more at me. About federal laws. As I stood there watching him commit a federal felony. I guess he forgot it is illegal to change the date on a schedule 2 drug. I have filed a complaint with the pharmacy board and spoke with a very nice DEA agent. He said they really frown on changing dates on controlled meds. Then I went in again and he was there saw me, gave me the “I hate you” look and the just absolutely fawned over this man next to me. I’ve used this store for almost 4 years. And love the rest of the staff. The ladies in there are super. But the manager is something else. So I’m not ever coming back.

Went on 6-6-2016 to get a narcotic filled and they refused at first. I had back surgery 2 months ago so I'm still in pain. They were nice until I asked why the wouldn't fill it. They were the rudest people I've ever dealt with in the pharmacy. Now I'm home and I noticed the pill bottle looked kind of empty. I count the pills inside the bottle and they shorted me 20+ pills. Going to have to call back in the morning. They gave no reasoning to why it would be short. It's a good thing I counted them tonight. WORST service I've ever had. I could hear a blonde girl complaining about the customers while I waited and the head pharmacist was rude to an old man while I waited. I will never go back there after today when I get the rest of my meds. They act nice to your face and talk about you as soon as you leave.
