Employees here can't be "bothered" to help a customer to print out a critical photo. Then when they *do* finally get bothered enough to help, they make the process ridiculously complicated ("download the app, go through the whole account registration process, create an order, locate the store, etc") then demand you pay $50 for a 5x7 colour photo print. Smh.

If I could rate this Walgreens 0 stars I would. The Manager I believe her name was Shelly was VERY rude. I asked about adding a coupon to my order and she kept interrupting me and told me to contact another store. I will never shop at that Walgreens again.

On 09/28/2020 I went to fill my Rx & was charged $5 more. When I asked why the cashier stated he used the "Walgreens" discount. I thanked him, but held up my Good Rx discount code the discount the medicine to the $15 fee I've been paying for over 3 years. The cashier had issues adding my discount as he already rang the cost using their discount, enter the Pharmacist who tells me " the code is not accurate. Good Rx has issues sometimes with their codes" I paid for the medicine & left. I called Good Rx directly & was informed the codes are valid he even called Walgreens to ask if they would refund/ honor the code of course Walgreen refused. Instead of admitting their mistake they lied to cover it up and that cost me $5 more for my Rx for the month. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!

I wanted to add money to a gift card and she realized my drivers license had expired last month and very rudely said she could not do it. I ask if I could do a lesser amount without the ID and again very rudely said no. I went to another Walgreens and the manager was very nice and explained that anything over $300 she had to have a valid ID. So I changed the amount to $300 and everything was great. The manager here could have been nice and done the same thing. And did not get her name but she was on duty at 10am 09/16/2019

I shop at walgreens and receive points , 4 things I would buy anyway. Twice now my Cosmetics have been totally free at the checkout.. and cosmetics are expensive. Also the checkout Personnel are very friendly and informational.

On Friday I carried out a transfer process through the telephone app and went to the store to complete the process with the cashier. She told me we do not do it here. You have to perform the operation yourself on this computer. I told her this is not the first time and that what i have been told to do to stop by any western unions dealer and give my mobile phone number . After my insistence that it is not the first time, and so things usually goes , she moved and completed the process, its either she was not well trained for customers service , or she did not want to bother herself at first.!

Wow. The rudest pharmacist I have ever met in my life. And the old biddy that was working for him was just as rude. You guys are ugly on the inside and the outside. I feel sorry for you because karma is not on your side. I will never go to this Walgreens ever again.

Pretty neat place, but I can't help but to feel a little deceived. Not one single wall in the premises was green. The twizzlers however, were delicious.

My son and I had an EXCELLENT experience with a VERY knowledgeable pharmacist. I called to let him know how much I appreciate his help. It's hard to find passionate people now days who love helping people. We will return to this location.
