Yes I would like to recognize this Walgreens..the customer service is awesome and more specifically there was a nice lady her name is Tiffany, she helped me to solve an issue I had and was like a warm ray of sunshine 🌻 I Felt like a very important person.i felt really cared for and taken care of.she made my week with everything and I really appreciate it because I am going through some things(as is everyone ) was such a refreshing change. There was also a nice lady there that told me about the sale on small bic lighters that made my day too! Thank you guys!

They filled my wife's medications fairly quick and no issues at all! The pharmacy tech was very nice as was the pharmacist. I wish more pharmacies were this good!

How am I supposed to refill a prescription when, first, your pharmacy at 31st and Sheridan cant keep a pharmacist on staff 7 days a week. Secondly, after I traveled across town to one of your stores on Lewis, I was rerouted to a third store. Your pharmacist claimed my prescription could be picked up at your 15th and Yale location, which was not true. After arriving, this pharmacist was unwilling to discuss my situation. I'm epileptic, and you have a terrible system for dealing with my "controlled substance"

I try to never go here people are not helpful it was like pulling teeth to get the lady to come around the counter. Even after asking a few questions she still was absolutely no help and seemed to no care at all about what I was needing! I will never go back unless ice got no other options

Never had any routine problems here at all. The only issue I ever had was immediately after coming home from the hospital from a knee replacement surgery I wanted to get my pain killer medicine filled and they couldn’t do it right away it had to wait a long time before their safe would open up!!! I was absolutely miserable and in pain for a long time before they’re safe would open up I was crying actually. They did not have any compassion for this at all at that time...

I love Walgreens Its always been a great help, and the employees and staff are always very respectful and polite. Which you don't see at many other places. They always help every customer without delay, and they're never hesitant to help out. And I would recommend coming to this place to anyone.

Pharmacy needs to close down at 31st and Sheridan. Not one of their employees seems to care at all about the customers!!! You call them on the phone and they NEVER ANSWER!!! It seems there is NO leadership or accountability. They should answer the PHONE! They are SMUG and act like they care. But they're slow as molasses. The hours are screwed up, too. They should open at 8 am FOR THE WORKING CLASS PEOPLE who don't sleep til noon!!! Their system is screwed up probably because they don't load it properly. They are CONSTANTLY messing up my refill times.. And when the notifications are sent, they DO NOT specify which medication they're texting about. (Which is a global gripe about all locations)..

This is not a rating on the store itself but on the pharmacy. Constantly does not have the meds, I get some not having in stock but it feels like 90% of ours are never in stock. Coming home from surgery or inpatient hospital waiting days to get meds they wanted you to take daily is an issue. Slows healing a lot. Hours keep reducing and then when they are to be open always a sign In window stating no pharmacist on duty. They need a new one the girl is not nice at all has laughed when we have had issues and try to get an understanding of what happened. She is not helpful at all. All they can say is we are too busy constantly if that is true open longer hours and hire them more help. Your customers are paying for this in health issues

There is one pharmacist at this location who is always rude and hateful. But today she was way over the line, ( she refused to give me her name or I would call her by name). I will not spend my money with any business that has anyone so rude on their staff. Walgreens was convenient for me and the rest of the staff is wonderful. So long Walgreen's!
