Rude & Slow for starters. Every time I come here, they never have my scripts ready, doesn’t matter if it’s been 30 mins or 3 hours. Half the time they don’t even acknowledge you when you come through the drive through. They conveniently don’t have your insurance information on file each time. I think they are hoping that days like today, people don’t feel like messing with it, so they get full price.

Wslked in and asked for eye drops, the girl just looked at me and looked around the store, without even moving and said " I don't know, its out there" this is called. customer no service, I won't go back. Good luck

I just moved to Tulsa and am transferring all my prescriptions from another CVS out of town. So far I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the staff on the telephone and in person! Very impressed with how clean the store is also!

Made an appointment two weeks ago for a flu vaccine. After waiting, they finally informed me that they were out and didn't have any in stock and I could call around to see if I could get squeezed in at another location.

I sat in the drive thru till they opened at 10am. The Chinese pharmacist was upset I waited in the line to get my medication first, very rude right off the bat... then denied filling my script and I have strep throat. I have NEVER in my entire medical career dealt with one who clearly doesn’t care about helping someone feel better.. I literally cried and begged her and she would not give in to help me. I am running fevers with ear aches and sore throat... this is how employees treat customers??? I’m extremely disappointed

We needed the Covid-19 vaccine shot so we went to the CVS pharmacy on 51st street near Memorial Drive, was told we needed a appointment for getting it, they were not busy and lady was taking care of another person getting the shot, so all we would have had to do was just wait but no we had to go home log onto the CVS.com web site and make an appointment. So we went home and logged onto the CVS.com web page and went to make appointment for Cocid-19 vaccine, well it's not so easy to just make an appointment one has to register giving a lot of your information and also becoming some type of CVS card holder, just a lot more then i wanted to deal with so i just shut it down. We called Walmart Pharmacy at 66th and Memorial asked if an appointment was needed for the Covid-19 vaccine shots, was told no just come to the Pharmacy and get the shot. "Notice the pharmacy is closed from 1:30pm to 2:pm" Went to the Walmart pharmacy around 11am filled out paper work and got our shots. Keep in mind they have Flu and Pneumonia also Shingles that cost so if you just want only the free Cocid-19 shot, just keep saying no to anything else they try to sell you. Another item i really did not like is later after getting home, Walmart was calling trying to sign me up for getting my prescriptions filed at Walmart, i had not seen this on the paperwork i filled out and did not like being called over and over by their auto selling system. You might tell the in advance you don't want the calling. But Walmart Pharmacy is the best choice over CSV and also Walgreens who both demand an appointment made online.

We were informed that our insurance no longer contracted with CVS, and would need to have our doctor transfer the prescription we needed to avoid having to pay full price out of pocket. When we called our doctor, they told us CVS could do that, but they would try to help. After waiting a couple hours, nothing. I tried to call CVS twice, and sat in their holding pattern in the automated phone system for 10+ minutes, only to be hung up on both times before I could even speak with a REAL person.

If I could give zero stars I would, The lack of customer service is beyond my belief I was trying to get my prescriptions fast before I had to go back to work on lunch and when I normally get them at 28 days she said I had to wait till 30 when I know it’s up to the pharmacist. I literally have a doctor sending a medication over saying it’s ready to go and I don’t have insurance holding it back so it’s on her so I will never go back to the store. ( GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE )

Jared was the worst pharmacist I have ever had to enteract with. After speaking with him on the phone he seemed very nice until I pulled up and he saw that I was black his whole character changed and I could see it in his face. There was no need for him to ask me 3 different time's what her birthday is and how to spell her last name which is the same as mine and on the driver's license he had in his hand. Just saying if you're black and Jared is helping you be prepared to be treated differently.
