They deserve zero stars to this cvs pharmacy , I tried many times to call them about prescription if is already done than I ended up to drive all the way to them , I waited about 35 minutes to receive any medication for my son one of the staff workers said is not Ready , the staff workers are absolutely horrible,

Not trying to be a Karen but I’m very annoyed. They gave me a prescription for a 15 day supply of lexapro instead of 30. I am now not able to take my anti depressants for 15 days.

Horrible service. They called me and told me my prescription is ready. When I got there to pick them up I was told that no such order was exist.

I'm a type 1 diabetic that works overnights and I usually call late afternoon to filled my script for insuline because for some reason the app rarely works for refills when it shouldn't be that difficult and it's always a production to try and get my medication.. not to mention they claim they can't get a hold of my doctor yet I do within a minutes time.. so either the staff is lying to me or they're incompetent. I'm ready to drive all the way to Rochelle park just to get my script because this one is obviously not logging their information in their systems properly. They have a doctor on file I haven't seen in years and I've told them to remove them and replace with my new doctor multiple times and it still hasn't been done. I've gone days without insulin because I'm unable to do so and I've literally had to starve for a few days and feel like s**t before I can get any.. they don't even offer to transfer to another pharmacy, they just go "we'll call you back" then they just immediately hang up. If you're insulin dependant or in need of a scheduled regiment if meds don't go here.

I bought the drumstick ice cream cones and had to go back to exchange for another box because the first one was crushed and looked like it’s been there for years. I got another box and the vanilla ice cream is all yellow with freezer burn and the cones all broken. I would go get another box but it’s honestly just not worth it. Everything in the freezer area looks like they’ve been sitting there for years and no one has changed them out.

I have been going to this CVS/Pharmacy for years. Recently the customer service at the pharmacy has been getting worse and worse. How is it that no matter what time of day you call the pharmacy you, can't make contact with a human without waiting for at least 20 mins?

2nd vaccine shot for kid. Got there 10 mins before appointment time and checked in. Long lines. Finally got shot 70 mins after checking in. What’s the point of scheduling these appointments if they’re overbooked. Didn’t help (or maybe reason for this was) person administering shot was super slow. Averaged about 7 mins per person, should be 2 mins. Some CVS stores are super efficient and staff know what they’re doing. Not here

Very inconsistent. Several times they have filled my prescription and when I arrive it’s not ready. The workers there don’t seem to be bothered that you then need to wait another hour for your script. This is a consistent experience. They also do not give consistent pricing. Twice I needed to contact the head pharmacy to re submit my insurance. They also have run out of my medication and never told me it was out of stock; leaving me with no medication for several days. I tried for months with this pharmacy. I finally had to leave.

Ever since they changed pharmacists this place has gone down hill. The staff is rude and you will be on line for ever in person or the drive through. When you call you are on hold for more than 30 mins…. No matter what time you call. I’ve been trying to inquire about a prescription since wed that was supposedly ordered. I was told it would come the next day. Haven’t been able to make contact since and it’s two days later. I asked if I can pick it up from a different location… was told to hold and then was hung up on. I’m calling to find out about medicine I need … not a sandwich. This is not okay.

Typical CVS. Good pharmacy with drive up. Check out at register is dependably slow as are all CVS's. Decent parking but mall traffic can make it difficult to enter and exit.
