Pharmacy hours are not good. Staff is not very friendly either. Recently returned an item and was treated like I was trying to steal something or get away with something. I have shown up to pick up my son‘s prescriptions before at 4 PM on a weekday and they were randomly closed due to staff issues. I do not recommend using this walgreens. Everyone I have met that works there acts like they hate their job

They have closed the Pharmacy on the weekends and some holidays. Like memorial day. Example the pharmacy will be close for 3 days this weekend. People need their prescriptions! I have 3 prescriptions I need. But, can't get them for 3 days. Why would you cpketely shut down the pharmacy on the weekends?

If you want a very unpleasant lady pharmacist. And to be treated horribly. Then this is the pharmacy for you. And on another note. I was told my medication will be ready on a certain date. And that date happened to be on a Saturday. So I drive there that Saturday. To find out it wasn't even open on Saturday, or Sunday. So never the less. I went two days without my medication. Its been two months since be treated horribly at this walgreens. Been getting my medication from walgreens for over 15 year's. Never again! And I love my new pharmacy.

WHY has Walgreens closed their pharmacies on the weekends, but is launching a 24-hour chat with licensed pharmacists for consults? I’ll be without three of my meds for 2.5 days, but thank the universe I can call to discuss the meds I can’t pick up. 🙄 Ridiculous hours during the week, too. Instead of launching a 24 hour chat service, why not invest more in in–store employees so your hours don’t take a hit? The worst part of all of this is that I can’t even transfer my scripts to an open pharmacy. I have no recourse until Monday morning (when I’ll already be at work 🙃). OH AND ALSO, they just increased the cost of my most critical medication for the fourth time in 8 months. It’s now $120 versus the $40 it was before. Istg if my additional $80/month is going to this dang chat, i’ma scream.

I went to pick up my meds.... Been at this pharmacy when was Drug Warehouse never changed ...today went to get my prescription...I walked up to the counter and pharmacist said "Wished I worked at a morgue where I didn't have to talk to these people all day". WoW. Really? I was afraid to acknowledge I was there to pk up meds. I didn't want to her HAVE to talk to me REALLY?? SUPPOSED to be the one person NOT afraid to ask questions about medicine or what to take or any concerns... Not HER. Already only open 5 days 10-6 not much time to get meds and ask questions IF you can get there by 6!!! I am now PFFENDED!!!! 20 years you finally did it. Where Mr Patel??? What did you do to the nice man who actually cared???

The fact that this pharmacy isn’t open on Saturday or Sunday completely blows my mind. Good thing I’ve never needed assistance outside of Monday - Friday 9-6. IDK what’s worse these hours or the hours of Bank of America.

I'd like to say today was a particularly horrible experience at Walgreens, but every experience at Walgreens in Tulsa is horrible. Among other things apparently their staff believes the term "appointment" means "show up 10 mins before this time so that I can completely ignore you for the next 40 mins". Covid shot. It takes what, 3 mins? Apparently there's an hour of prep work I'm not aware of. Good riddance Walgreens

Poor communication and bad service I showed up for a covid test I had booked days prior online, when I arrived I found that the pharmacy was closed on weekends, despite still excepting appointments. I called the store and spoke to a manager who told me tough luck, go down the block to another. Very obvious that there is a lack of care in the store and utter lack of communication in the store and with corporate. I will specifically avoid this location, especially for any medical/pharmaceutical needs.

Constant problems with them telling me “We didn’t get that prescription. Your doctor didn’t send it over.” Yes, he did, I was literally sitting 5 feet away from him when he sent it. I have a copy of the report that says it was sent. I have a TEXT message saying it was sent. You just haven’t checked your e-fax inbox! The lead pharmacist - an East Indian man whose name I don’t know. I only bring that up to differentiate, in case there’s more than one pharmacist! - is always rude, interrupting me when I’m speaking and always acting like it’s an inconvenience to interact. I have a particularly expensive migraine prescription that I get filled regularly and for which I have a “pharmacy card” from the manufacturer that brings my copay to $0. EVERY TIME I got the scrip filled, the pharmacist acted like he had never heard of this kind of card, even though I’ve used it every single time. And then acted like it was a burden to actually process the information. In addition, I was there recently trying to pick up multiple prescriptions for my husband, which they “hadn’t received”, of course, so they weren’t ready. He asked me “Are you going to want these tonight? Because we close in 20 minutes.” I’ve worked in customer service, I understand that you want to get out of there at closing time. But maybe, just MAYBE, this medicine (that was faxed over several hours before, mind you!) is something kind of important. I’m not standing here for fun!! I have switched pharmacies and am glad I don’t have to go back here!

I've had so many issues with this pharmacy and plan on changing pharmacies. I have 2 prescriptions, one for blood pressure and one is a controlled drug that helps with my crippling pain from a back injury when I worked in construction, it's not a strong drug(most other pain drugs aren't allowed refills so that tells you it's not a strong narcotic) and it's very low dosage but it helps me so much. I'm working on other things to manage my pain as well but my doctor faxed the prescription so I've never even seen it but I had 3 refills and they gave me 60 pills for 2 months and on the third month would only give me 30. They told me my doctor wrote it for 2 per day but wrote the # as 30 instead of 60. So you give me 60 for 2 months getting me used to the dosage and then tell me we can only give you 30. But they already gave me 60 for 2 months but now 30? Is that a violation of law they did or are they just incompetent? But I just dealt with it, I'm not dependent on the drug but it was an unpleasant month due to that and other issues. My doctor wrote me 3 more months and the same issue. They gave me 60 then 30. This time I called my doctor and the nurse was shocked but had my Doctor correct it within an hour and they corrected it to 60. Guess what? The next month the same thing. Once again, I call my doctor and it gets corrected but when I got home I counted the pills and there was 59 not 60 which is shocking and I've never received an incorrect amount of pills from a pharmacy. I didn't even call but I'm not using this pharmacy anymore. This has been so frustrating and if I could get clear answers it wouldn't be an issue. But each time I got something different, from it was an accident and you can get the extra 30 in 15 days to insurance until finally I was told it was because it was the way the prescription was written. Also, I guess if they didn't steal my drugs that would be nice. I know for a fact it was 1 short. Nobody else had access, I opened the stapled bag and counted 59. I have cats that I'm not gonna risk them eating a pill on the floor. I searched for like 15 minutes even though I knew none fell or got dropped. Now I'll tell you about the employees I dealt with. There is a gentleman who seems to be the head pharmacists who speaks with what I believe is a Hindi accent. There is nothing wrong with that, I have Hindi co-workers who are wonderful but this guy is very rude and arrogant. He seems to take a position of what I'm asking or saying is ridiculous. I mean he's totally disrespectful and dismissive but loves to take an authoritative role. When questioned about the 30 when I received 60 for 2 months on a 3 month prescription he told me this prescription is so old I can't even see it in the computer. What? The female pharmacists or techs have all been nice but a few haven't been able to explain the issue and told me it was an accident and I could pick up the extra 30 in 15 days. Then there was a younger sounding gentleman I spoke with who told me the most recent time it was due to insurance even though I knew that wasn't correct. Walgreen's train your people better and the ones that are trained on the product teach them customer service/humility. Don't cut a patients medicine in half, you aren't the doctor. Lastly you seem to be violating the law or some sort of code in one way or another. You're either giving too much drugs than prescribed or holding back and giving less. This is unacceptable, please train your people better but I'm using a different pharmacy going forward.
