Had wait I needed plus a few things I thought I did. Nice staff But if your 90 bring I D. Cause you won't be getting alcohol. But cigarettes are fine

This south Tulsa store at 51st & Memorial refused my return with a receipt stating first, it was because item was purchased from the "northside" store, and then went on to say they couldn't process the return because it was clearance. The back of the Walgreens receipt clearly states in red that a customer CAN return to ANY nationwide store. Clearance items are NOT excluded from the return policy. This store is facilitating an unacceptable practice by not honoring what Walgreens' policy clearly states is allowed as relates to refunds. I left and went directly to a differnt southside store at 71st and Memorial in Tulsa/Broken Arrow, and they accepted the return with no problem. I'm not sure what the 51st and Memorial store has going on but they need to make sure the customer is satisfied and honor their own return policy.

I'm walking to store today at 2:00 ask the lady behind the counter if this is the right place to ship a FedEx package and she said yes and I said well can I get my packing label my shipping label printed here she says no just a second before she says no she handed in another employee a shipping label for FedEx for his package she tells me that the system's been down for a couple of days they can't print off any shipping labels but yet she just did it right in front of me for another employee I'm not stupid and I don't appreciate being treated like I am

Has completely went down hill. Pharmacy not opened on weekends anymore. The restrooms are closed to customers and the lines are slow. Definitely not worth it at all anymore. Save time and go to another one.

Don’t get your disposable camera pictures developed here. They didn’t even call and tell me they were ready, I had to call them twice to inquire. And they came back pitch black :)

Don't. Just don't. The pharmacy? Don't. The drive-thru? Nooooo... The workers? No... they're not kind. Let me be unmistakably clear: this is an "emergency Walgreens". That is: a Walgreens you go to because you're in a real jam. If you want a store of quality (any quality), go to the CVS across the corner.

The pharmacist was incredibly rude when we were trying to be as gracious and understanding as possible. I’m sure she was having a stressful day, but it was like she wanted to pick a fight.

This is the worst Walgreens ever! Customer service is terrible , they have all body wash(dove, olayy) locked, so u must wait for someone with the key, the pharmacy drive thru will fill a prescription and have other customers waiting for ever, customers should not be inconvenienced

I normally don’t review any Walgreens locations. But this is one of the best! I come from across town just to fill here because they are so fantastic! Everyone in the pharmacy is great and I think very highly of them all. They work hard and long hours to boot. They always have what I need and when I need it and with a smile at that. Jackie,Stephine and Barret are great and will get you fixed up fast. The newer people I’m not too sure about but I’ll have to say they must still be learning so give some grace. We like this store and the friendly people.

Amy in the photo department went above and beyond to help me get the perfect canvas print made after the original size I ordered was not available. She called around to other stores in the area and when she was not able to find the the size I ordered, they offered to upgrade to a bigger size at the same price as my original order. They even went as far as to go pick up the canvas from one of the other stores and fulfill the order at their store for my convenience. The store manager (Matt, I think) was also very friendly and helpful in the whole process, all while showing great customer service to multiple other customers while i waited on my order to be finalized.
