I've never been through depressing and frustrating furniture buying experience like this, those guys did all the delivery mistakes that could be done, showing up late, wrong pieces delivered, missing pieces, furniture not sturdly assembled, damages tobthe house and furniture.. it's just aweful.. never again and do not recommend. .

I have been a Badcock customer for years in Florida and recently moved here to Greenville, SC and felt confident in my decision to make Badcock my "go to" for furniture for my new home. I have never regretted a decision more! I understand that with manufacturing and shipping delays my order took over 5 months to fulfill but my issue is with the customer service at 3304 Augusta Rd Greenville, SC location. I am blown away with how I have been treated, I have been lied to by an employee, received nothing but attitude from an employee when I called to touch base to see if there was a projected date for delivery. Mind you in the more than 5 months its taken for my items to be available I have only called the store 3 times to check in. I called the store and advised I received an email 2 weeks ago that my items for available to deliver and that the store would reach out to me, I have not heard from anyone as to when these items could be delivered. The man who answered took my name and number acted like he was looking into my file then proceeded to tell me my items were ready but he could not help me and I would have to call back at a later date to schedule. Confused, I confirmed he said they were ready for delivery and again he said yes but I would have to call back later this week. I asked if he could not help me then could I speak with a manager who could help since my items are available I need to get things scheduled since I knew it would still be a couple weeks before delivery could happen. He said that he WAS the manager and then hung up on me. I attempted to call the store back and nobody answered the phone. I Called the customer care line and she could not get ahold of the store either. After an hour and half of trying to simply arrange delivery customer care advised that the man who answered the phone was in fact NOT the manager but the delivery driver and that store had no other employees working. She also advised that per notes in the file they had arranged my delivery for March 20th which is a Sunday without my knowledge and there is no way to change this delivery date in their system. I dont know why 1) this store is allowing their employees to speak to customers in the manner they do and 2) why they would just take it upon themselves to schedule a delivery without consulting the customer to confirm. And why as a company nobody can help me reschedule to a day I can be available at home to accept delivery of my items. All together I am unhappy with the experience I have had at this store and unfortunately do not see myself ever ordering from Badcock in the future.

Contacted Customer and waited for 16 minutes no one answered . Contacted them again , no one answered . Called the store have never received a call back as requested . I am really disappointed with my entire experience with both stores. I have purchased from Badcock previously and never received this type of service . I would not recommend either store locations and definitely not contacting customer service . Please do not respond with your copy and paste message that you are sorry to hear this and that Badcock strives to blah blah .I will never shop here again !!!

Sales people do not keep their word. They sold a set to other people after I had already closed it. A lot of their furniture are back-ordered for months. No prices on the products.. If they are not gonna sell why the hell do they have it on display. Took my 5k elsewhere and bought some awesome and better sets.

I paid for half of my furniture set up front. They told me that I had to wait a week for my delivery. A week turned into 2 weeks and I only received a love seat. It took another week for them to send my sofa, which they tried to deliver to my old address first. I spent half a day from work waiting on them and they never showed. I had to call to get answers and I was told, "sorry." So I had to wait another 4 hours to just get the other piece! Not only that, the 1st payment was due the following week.
