The folks we spoke with at the store were delightful. They were kind, knowledgeable and personable. That said, in the past, we have not had the best experience with Sleep Number. We used to have a Sleep Number bed, but replaced it with a different kind, and will not go back. We were looking for pillows and decided to give theirs a try. One was soft, but when we laid on it, there was great support, so we purchased it. However, the one we purchased is NOT the same as what we tried in the store. The one we have is so thick, we can't sleep on it. Our spinal alignment is way off. The other pillow we bought is the one with the air valve. The first night I had it, I tried to open the valve to press some air out, so it wouldn't be so high. It had worked fine in the store. At home, with this new one, the air valve came completely out in my hand! I got it back in, but every time I squeezed out some air and closed the valve, it didn't stay that way. It slowly filled back up, to the point I woke up during the night with neck and shoulder pain. I had to switch it for an old pillow. We'll see how the in-home trial goes. This may be the end of my experience with Sleep Number. Period.

Both employees knew their information and were able to answer my questions clearly. They weren’t pushy to make a sale but genuinely wanted to help me sleep better. Will refer them over and and over again.

After asking some questions on the phone the day before, my wife and I went to the store and worked with Danny for several hours. It was a pleasure learning about the Sleep Number beds, and although they are very expensive, I felt like we got a good deal on a great bed. We have to wait 6 weeks for delivery, so we can't wait to try out the new bed. The staff there are very helpful and transparent.

Sales are good but service and delivery needs a lot of work. These are expensive beds but customers are not getting quality service and delivery after the sale. I bought one. Waited over a month for delivery and only received part of my order because it was discovered that the base was broken upon delivery. Since I had already gotten rid of my old bed I been sleeping on the mattress on the floor. They promised to get me a base right away. It has been over a week now and no base. They were previously scheduled to deliver a base earlier this week but sent a text message the day of just 2hrs after an earlier text confirming the time. So now it is going to be another week and a half. This is totally unacceptable service. Do not bother to call customer care. I already did they were supposed to check on getting delivery sooner and call back. I am still waiting on that call. I am a very unsatisfied customer. How could anyone get a good night's sleep under these conditions? NO mattress can help that. Just want to wake up and put my feet on floor. That's hard to do when you are already on the floor. They should not sale what they cannot deliver.

Sleep Number beds are wonderfull. We purchased a nice one 21 years ago and just purchased the newest model at the Greenville Store. The associates were friendly and knowledgeable as well as being sure we got exactly what we needed.

Going into sleep number I was apprehensive, I had just driven 2 hours and wasn’t expecting great results. However after my fiancé and I met and talked with Michele I was much more at ease. We tested out a mattress that had this sensor grid in it to show pressure distribution, once the bed adjusted the difference between what I was used to - pretty close to a 100 level, vs what actually supported me was amazing. Michele’s knowledge of the product and the information we received was beyond my expectations.

We had no plans to purchase a mattress, we tested several at RTG and hit the Sleep Number store just because we wanted to see what it was all about. From the early test on the C4 mattress where you could see your pressure profile, we knew this was different. All I can say is that we were blown away!!! We tested several models and found the best one for us. We know this was the best thing we could do to improve our sleep and can't wait for the mattress to arrive. The team at the store were great and we recommend that everyone stop by just to see what you might be missing.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! Purchased a $6,000 bed from sleep number and waited a month for it to be delivered. The DAY it was delivered my side of the bed was messed up and kept deflating for no reason. My husband spent over 2 hours trying to speak with someone about this issue and it was 0 help. They said they would send us a hose and have someone come out this weekend to install a part for us that is clearly messed up....TODAY they were coming and just called him to say they aren't coming. COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS customer service!! Would NOT recommend working with this company at all.
