Mattress was delivered to wrong address & set up. I got a call asking if I still wanted this set. Absolutely not. I was told I would get a call that afternoon to reschedule. I didn’t receive until the following morning. Then was scheduled for 6 days later. I canceled the order. Not a good experience

I was able to get the bed and adjustable base I needed. The salesman was knowledgeable and courteous. He showed alternatives, gave suggestions, and demonstrated the various options at the price I had designated.

Isaac was awesome. Lots of knowledge on the products. Low pressure sales environment, and probably won’t even read this. Swag on 1000. Justin was cool too. Didn’t talk much, but seemed like someone I would also buy a mattress from. Sleeps important, and these dudes know it.

We came in with various pains and sleep issues but without an idea about how to fix it, what mattress/pillows we needed, etc. Hytham was very helpful and knowledgeable, walking us through options and asking how we felt about various options. He made it very simple to try the test mattresses and understand the differences in each. We chose something that we think will work great for us based on his advice and guidance. The store was clean, well organized, and set up so that we could try any mattress we wanted for as long as we’d like. Very impressed.

Excellent customer service. Found a mattress that is suitable to our needs- Beauty Rest firm. Also we bought an adjustable base. Metal too cheap to handle a solid oak head board! Trying to figure out a solution for that. Not the mattress that I wanted as I cannot get Spring Air brand in this area any longer. Have bought for many years. Last mattress was a Jameson from another store and it did not last. Only time will tell.
