This is the second Kia we have purchased with this dealer over 9 years and we couldn't be happier! Our salesman (Louis) makes you feel right at home. The best thing I will say is that he is an honest guy! We really enjoyed working with him and sharing family stories. It was tough to find the car we wanted and he put in the extra effort to make it happen for us. The gentleman that did the delivery was also great! I came in today figuring it would be a 3-4 day process. But it wasn’t. My sales rep Vinny, was awesome. Very professional, yet very personable. I told him exactly what I wanted, my max payment allowed & what I would consider. Since I have less than perfect credit, I figured the old delivery van would be my only option. Vinny listened to EVERYTHING I said & I drove away today with the EXACT vehicle I wanted, newer than expected with payments $80 less than my previous loan. I honestly still can’t believe I am the new owner of a Hyundai Tuscan. Definitely recommend talking to Vinny if you’re remotely interested in a car purchase.
