Thanks to Juan Ferrer for helping us as soon as we walked in the store he listened to what we were exactly looking for and also made sure that’s what we got he is great at what he does definitely would recommend everyone to go see juan for any kind of phone service he knows exactly what he is doing…. My elderly mother went in and without doing ANY troubleshooting they told her she needs a new phone. The person didn't even take the phone to look at it. She turned her data off accidentally, that was the main issue. I get you make commission, but she's almost 70 and just needed her current phone to work until I get her a newer one. Thanks for the "help" I told her you could give her, I'll make sure we don't go there to buy phones.

Got my first bill of $70 . Not sure this is going to be a relationship that last. Doesn't make sense to pay that much for phone and internet service. Especially in times like these.. That's roughly $2.25 a day for a phone and internet. Good luck with your own job.. that's way too pricey.

I just went in to get the new SIM card and the new internet thingie. Alex and his supervisor were absolutely wonderful and friendly. Very professional and not pushing upgrades. I would come back here any day of the week and twice on sundays.
