I appreciate the fact that they have regulations the employees must follow. That said, I waited two weeks to have access my money after opening an account. I had to move three days after creating an account and had to wait for the two weeks with no money. Finally my money was available and after telling the bank I would be out of state the first time I used my card my account was put on hold. I was in the middle of no where again without money causing me to live in my car nd not eat until I could borrow money. It cost me over $ 700 I would otherwise not of spent. When I brought it up to your bank I was told to speak to a manager. Once I finally got ahold of a manager I was told it was not your problem. Closed my account immediately. Absolutely unacceptable.
