Sherwood tractor did a very good job with customer service. I had a problem with an order. The product was damaged from the factory that was not their fault. They worked very hard at correcting the problem and quickly resolved the issue.

Bought parts for our Roxor from them, considerably sooner than our local distributor could have supplied them. Jessica has been amazing every time I've talked with her, courteous, professional, candid and even down-home warm and friendly. Staff like that are usually there because management promotes those values so kudos to whoever that is! Seriously I couldn't have been more impressed with the service, thanks for the great treatment :)

Staff like that are usually there because management promotes those values so kudos to whoever that is! Great service , reasonable prices and shipping. Sherwood tractor got parts for me quickly that my local dealer dragged their feet on for 2 months and yet to come in even though prepaid! Sherwood has earned my business . Like their website too.

I found the site on Google and ordered the part I needed. I got the right part and it works great. So I approve of Sherwood Tractor. One tiny reservation however. They took a week to mail my part. It was cheaper than the tractor store I have around the corner from my house. So I saved a few pennies and the wait was worth the wait. Just don't be in a rush.

Even though I didn't purchase any (yet) the staff was extremely helpful. Our sales man Mike was awesome going through every single thing on a tractor we was interested in. Including showing us attachments that would work well for our small farm and keeping it cheap as possible. He went as far as suggesting a smaller and cheaper tractor than what we was originally thinking about to help us out. We will definitely be purchasing from this company in the future.
