Went in straight from Doctors on Sunday for Sudafed, clearly very sick. Asked the pharmacist, she then came back with mucus relief. I didn't know the difference so I bought it. Now I've been taking the wrong medication for a day and a half, I've developed an EAR INFECTION. Due to the fact I needed Sudafed for clearing of nasal passages. Needless to say I'm experiencing quite a bit of pain and dizziness thanks to this.

Best pharmacy and store that I ever used for medications etc. Spotless, plenty of store items (one stop shopping). All employees are great but I must point out Lee Ann in pharmacy. Stopped in with my Gf and her 80+ yr old mother to get a prepaid phone for her mother, asked a girl at the counter to point us in the right direction. She told us it was in aisle 14. We went to aisle 14 and it was all detergent. We ended up finding the electronics in the next aisle over,(aisle 15). We were looking for a specific phone and couldn't find it. So my girlfriend's mother went to the counter and talked to a supervisor named "STEVE" to ask him if he could help us. He made it very clear by his body language and his attitude, that he wasn't really up for helping her, but he came over to the aisle anyway. When I pointed to where the phones were, but we couldn't find the one she wanted he said well I guess we don't have it then, shrugged his shoulders turned around and walked away. At which point my girlfriend asked if he could possibly call another store to see if they had what we were looking for. He turned around and snapped at us saying "Well how many stores do you want me to call" with complete attitude. We then asked what the attitude was about and how about he start with the closest store, and he said "well how many are you going to want me to call" again, snapping at us. When we asked to talk to a manager he informed us that he was the supervisor on duty and he didn't feel that he was being rude. He never did make a single phone call for us we ended up leaving the store we will never be going back

This place is really the best in NH. I Can’t Believe they only got 3.8 stars! They have helped me and my family for years. Karen is awesome...Leeann always has a sweet smile Even some of the younger newer folks have the greats disposition. These folk work so hard 6 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Please don't offer cash back if your employees are going to lie about the register being too low to cover it. Literally just watched and listened as your employees talked to one another about how they lied to me. I didn't realize the money was coming from their own pockets.
