Complete scam artists. They refuse to cancel unless you come in or send a letter to the location you signed up from. This way they can steal your money if you move away.

Really enjoyed my membership here, sadly, I discontinued because I set up my own personal gym at home for convenience. But, the staff here was all wonderful, equipment was always clean, and it was never terribly busy. Highly recommend this location, and a huge thanks again to all the wonderful staff!

I get a kick out of the negative reviews.#1 the staff is fine hello and goodbye is all you need.Do you expect them to hump your leg like a puppy.Its a gym not a social club.#2 very clean I always see staff cleaning equipment.Hey little priss(name a Karen would use) joint a private over the price club and leave the nit picking elsewhere.I bet you would complain if a 3 minute egg took 3.1 min to cook for you.

Went in about 8pm... no waiting to get in and wasnt crowded. Moved station to station without delay. The crew are very friendly

Average place with disinterested employees. No monitoring of the 30 minute workout space. Conflicts with others ignoring the rules every visit. Cheap indoor treadmill for the winter is about all the good I can say.

Large! Lots of treadmills, weight benches and cable equipment. Thirty minute work out and advanced equipment room. Friendly staff. Small lockers near workout equipment. Locker room was clean but not a lot of tall lockers. Friendly staff. Ahh, the fresh renovation smell! Plenty of parking. Membership Wifi available. Update: June, 2020; Friday, Place looks clean, though a few fellow patrons could pick up after themselves. People were wiping down equipment after use, but, not always putting accessories to the cable equipment away when they were finished.A few weight slammers, but, not many. The young staff member who was at the front desk was friendly and helpful.She was a good representative of this franchisee.The renovation smell is no longer present. Update: Tuesday morning 🌄, June 2021; Place is still in good shape! Staff cleaning. I like the equipment. Update; Wednesday afternoon, January 2022; I was impressed 👍 by the condition of the 🚿 showers. Clean and changing area was in good shape.

Besides that, your staff has always kept the gym clean and in order. They always greet you as you are entering and go out of their way to say goodbye when we leave. Because I didn't have money in my checking they billed me 30$ in a late fee. I understand that completely, but charging me again in the same month another 10$ is absurd. It's literally just 10$ a month to go here. I am not paying 40$ just for the month of march. I'm never going back to another planet fitness. Just to close my account I had to arrive in person since their corporation doesn't understand online document signatures. It's all just to squeeze money out of people. Making it more difficult to close accounts to make people just stay signed up. I've been going to planet fitness for a few years and I've just had it with the shakedown business tactics. When I tried to close my account they tried to persuade me into just freezing it for 6 months so they could just charge me again hopefully when I forget that it's open. That literally makes no sense as to how that helps me the customer compared to just closing it and reopening it. It's just more shaking people down for money for no reason.
