Farris, at the Kennewick store treated me so well. He took the time to help me find a brace for my knee. I do a lot of weight training, and recently got injured. He took the time to find the brace that would work for me, preventing frustration and possibly returning the wrong item!! He treated me like a human being, which is extremely hard to find in customer service anymore. Thank you so much for everything!

A bizarre visit. I came in for running shoes and I was looking for thin, light ones (personal preference because I don’t like heel striking) and the employee there was uncomfortably invasive, he showed me several shoes without asking me if I wanted to see them, I kept hinting that I didn’t want help and that I already made up my mind. He continues to trash on my pick for shoes, saying they’re too thin and that they’re no good for running. (Which again I argue thin, light shoes are best for front striking) and he kept trying to get me to buy a completely different type of shoe. Once I told him I made my choice (the first shoe I looked and picked by myself) he said “well let me know if those hurt your feet.” I don’t understand a store that openly tells you that your choice and or preference is wrong.

I bought a pit-boss 5burner flattop. Did not like it. only used once. Went in to store and manager dom didnt even look at it. And said No. this happened before 30 days. They did not honor the return. Will not be going back to shop there. Called customer service and said they should be able to accept it. Was told no by dom the manager. Im also a reward member to. Be Careful!!!

Return policy sucks! Manager wouldn’t accept a return didn’t even care to look at the item just straight up said no I had my receipt and all! What happed to the great 30day return policy if you don’t like it

The manager and sales person were very helpful. I didn't realize that they would negotiate on prices. They were able to substitute a more valuable item for the same price as the original we wanted. My wife and I felt like Christmas thank you very much. We definitely will return for other sporting purchases in the future.

I just bought an Olympic plate weight set. The set came in on today's freight delivery. I arrived at the store and left my name and number at the front desk and then waited in the fitness department. Abel and his crew knew I was waiting and they made me their top priority. I told them to take their time and that I was happy to wait my turn but they wasted no time in taking care of me. Outstanding service. Abel helped me load my car and had a great attitude. He set's a great example for costumer service.
