I’m in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania my package has been sitting there for two days no one can seem to find where my package is it’s not scanned or anything it was suppose to be delivered today of course it wasn’t it’s just stuck at this location for 2 days and it was a good amount of money I do not want my packages sent to this location ever again you’re only resolution is to ask for a refund from the company I ordered my package from when your company is the one that lost it

Do NOT under any circumstances use the drop off box at this location. Take your package INSIDE. I have used it twice and both times the package was lost. Never scanned, nothing. I was told they would look for them. Never heard another word.

Have a package coming from here currently. Have an expensive item and I live 2-3 towns over and it did not arrive by specified time. Called UPS support twice and was told it would arrive before 6pm, and then told 9pm. Currently sitting and waiting, this is fun. I usually wouldn't care so much, but since this package is expensive I have to sign for it and this is my only day off. Might hit the store later to get some headache medication.

Was there 2 days ago and couldn't get the proper return QR. The guy at the desk was awesome very helpful took his time trying to get it in order. In the end he was able to work out the problem. I was very thankful

I paid for express shipping $81. It took 2 days to get an email saying I need to update my address even though it's correct, I put an apt number on the address (I live in a town house) then the next day I get a voicemail from them saying they are not sure what building it is and asked if could provide a building number or apt number. I don't know who they hire at UPS but if you can't see or read the number near my door like any other house maybe UPS shouldn't be in the delivery business. If they had problem with the address I should of be notified earlier. Now the package won't come until Monday, which is crazy because they have it, why the long wait?

The worst UPS facility and experience I have ever had. Recently purchased an order that was then shipped through UPS and navigated its way to this facility in New Stanton. Unfortunately, the target date of arrival came and went with no new estimated arrival date. I then placed a lost package claim which was then investigated and closed with no information on where that package went. The sender shipped a new package the same way as the last, and just as the last it arrived at the New Stanton location and the arrival came and went and the package never arrived. No new information was given on this package and now I have to go through this whole process again. I don't understand how this could have 2 times in a row. Terrible service. Very difficult to get a person on the phone and there seems to be no way of contacting anyone at this location.
