So I took my car for one an oil change but also to see why my check engine light came on. And they did the coding and said I had gas fume leak, and that I needed a new gas cap and canister they quote me about $800 and they don’t have my parts. They ask me as well if I want oil change done since I don’t have a sticker like I know it coming up so just do it. Well I pick it up the next day and my light was on but then maybe a day and half later my light turn off. So I went to quote somewhere else and they told me to take my car there to check the gas cap and guess what my gas cap fine and they ran a code on it again and guy said my car is fine. I can’t believe they were gonna try to gip me $800 for nothing that was wrong with my car that just might needed a oil change…

This place is a joke. We took our car here thinking they would have someone that knew what they were doing. The check engine light was on but was still running good. They said it was some sensors. They lied about ordering the part and when it would be in. First it was next day, then on Monday, now it's in one week. We are not even able to start the car. All we want is for them to admit they made the problem worse and understand how hard we work for our money. And maybe some training in customer service.

Hey we're incredible it was Sunday afternoon and there was no air available at any of the local gas stations. I felt so secure walking in the Firestone and announcing that my tires were very depressed!! Well, just like humans, they had been sitting too long and the air in their tires had just gone flat all four of them!! We have a good laugh!!!

I am a call around shopper. Made several yea well let me get back to you exchange’s before I called this Firestone dealer. NATALIA Said here is the price here is the deal and we can be ready on Monday to mount balance and check your vehicle out. This store did all that:on time ! real, good price The reason why I am writing this review is on the way out the door I saw the wiper display I said hey can you put a new set of blades on there for me and guess what they did that too thank you see you the next time that I need the rubber to meet the road.

Save yourself a ton of trouble and don't go here. I brought the car in at 10am, and asked for an oil change and brake pads. They said they'd call with inspection results and break pad estimate before working on the car at all-- and that it would be done by 3pm if they got my authorization to do the break pads. I did not get any calls until 2:50pm, telling me that they had already done stuff without my authorization. I show up at 3:20 since she said I could pick it up at 3pm. When I got there, my tires were still off and nobody was doing anything. I couldn't leave until 4:45 (again, it was supposed to be done at 3pm). They kept my car for 5 hours to do an oil change and fill up my tires, and then made me wait for another 1:45 for my car to be ready after they said it would be (total: nearly 7 hours). In addition to doing maintenance and making me pay for it even though I didn't give authorization, as soon as I started driving my car I realized the engine light was on (it was not on before) and my car was sputtering and randomly stopped moving regardless of pressing on the gas while driving. I went to the dealership to figure out what they did to my car, and it turns out that now my air intake tube is cut in half (!), my oil is leaking onto my spark plugs ($1400 fix at lowest), my coolant is leaking, and more. A simple oil change/inspection has turned into over $2000 in fixes because this place likes to make problems and make you pay. Would give 0 stars if possible. TRUST THE ONE STAR REVIEWS THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. The wannabe mechanics and front desk lady are also very very rude and don't care at all.

Go somewhere else. I wish I had read the reviews before going, but I’m used to great service at another Firestone out of state so I assumed these guys would be good as well. Had an appointment to patch a tire and was told when checking in that it shouldn’t take long at all, but an hour absolutely worst case. At about an hour and 15 minutes I noticed the car was in a parking space. It took another 30+ minutes of me waiting by the counters for someone to come give me the keys and finish everything up. No apology or even an acknowledgment that they spent almost two hours for a patch job (with an appointment!), half of which was wasting my time after the job was already done.

Took my car in for a tire replacement; oil change, wiper fluid fulfillment. Was told my car had a leak that they do not repair. I took it somewhere else and that place said there was no wiper fluid and I needed an oil change. Never coming back to this Firestone ever again! Oh and there is an odd vibration coming from the tire of course. So yeah probably put on a bad tire. $300 wasted!!

I made an appointment for 10 AM. I dropped the car off on time and was assured that the car would be done by noon. Noon rolls around so I call to get an update on my vehicle. Natalya ensures me that the technician was almost done with the vehicle and that it was being worked on. I come back at 12:30 to see that they haven’t even pulled my car into one of the service bays. I was then told that my car hasn’t been touched and that it would take an additional hour before my car is done. I decide to not do the service because I had no time and this is my only day off. What is the point of an appointment if they can’t finish the service at the promised time frame?

I had a rear main seal and an oil pan oil leaks repaired at this Firestone while I was on a work assignment in Albuquerque last February. I spent over $ 1,500 on both repairs. Both oil leaks were back by June. I took my truck to Firestone because of their warranty. I live in Florida and I thought that if anything went wrong with my repairs the warranty would cover my repairs at a Firestone here in Florida. When I took my truck to get repaired at a Firestone here in Florida they only repaired the oil pan leak but would not do the repair for the rear main seal. The manager at the Firestone here in Florida said they didn’t have the staff to do the repair and said that they had called several other Firestones and they wouldn’t do the repair either even though it was under warranty. The manager said just add oil to the truck every so often and you should be fine. I called this Firestone in Albuquerque and spoke to the manager. He assured me that his district manager would be calling the Firestone in Florida to make sure someone would repair my oil leak. That was four weeks ago and I haven’t heard from anybody from Firestone. I was able to barrow a car for the past month to get to work but will be with out a car next week and Firestone still hasn’t done anything to honor my warranty.
