Went there this morning. The 2 female employees at the counter were awful. Weren't really trying to help me and were trying not to laugh at me. Don't look down a customer when they just want some help. I gave you the information that I know and looked at me like I stupid. So took my business elsewhere there is a Sherwin Williams next door.

I love this location… they truly have the friendliest customer service reps. I’ve never spoken to anyone in person or on the phone who hasn’t been helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Always happy with my paint too.

I was in there this morning to have colors made that would match the color of my brick and mortar. Well, I had asked to speak with the color tinting guy and was denied by the two heavy set women up front. They tried to talk down to me about how to tint and make colors. I am a licensed, bonded, and fully insured custom home remodeler. I have been doing this line of work for over 40 years. I have been to several Dunn Edwards stores over the years. But I have not ever been spoken to by, well it was obvious they were very unprofessional and lacked experience. They fell back on the same old rules, we can't match this, and you have to do this, blau blau, blau. Well, I just left and went to Home Depot. The man that I have worked with several times there, well he spent close to 1 1/2 hours to get the colors. This is their jobs to match colors, but they are just lazy pure and simple.

Today I ordered some custom paint. David helped me and was so helpful. Pleasure to talk to and When I got there he made sure to tell me today was not a good day to paint, and took the time to explain that it was to humid and paint would not cure correctly. Thank you so much! ( I was planning on painting when I got home ) Thanks to David I will wait until the weather is better .

I went in for advice on painting my house and met Robert Diegel. He spent time with me and gave me great advice on paint and how to ensure a great finish and answered all my questions and also gave me great referrals for contractors. He went out of his way to help which is rare these days. Many thanks!

If you think that you'll need paint for touch ups in the future, buy it now. I took the original can of paint back to this Phoenix store to purchase more ( original purchase was from this store also. ) for touching up, ( I wish I knew the guys name that so rude. ) He argued with me about the color !! I took the Original can with all the numbers on it, and he still said I was wrong. I bought flat paint, they gave me semi gloss. The color was two to three shades lighter. Second trip back I took a chip off the wall, rude guy said it wasn't big enough to match, he needs a big chunk of wall I guess. Not a good experience and I will not go back to this store. Next time I'll be going next store to Benjamin Moore When you're paying over $50. per gallon, you expect it to be right. Right ? Right.
