Firestone all in all have been sucking, i have w credit card there make a appointment 2 weeks prior to get service and always told to leave it over night. 4 stores so what's the point of making a appointment then . I went to get two tires and a alignment and a oil change. I dont mind waiting but you make a appointment you should get proper service, i was there for a early appointment told i was to pick up another day mind you that i made q appointment 2 weeks prior. i called big o tires they took care of everything in 1 hour tires , alignment, oil change. looks like Firestone isn't worth the interest for the credit card.

The sales representative provided me with the information I needed and went as far as checking online to see if my tire was in stock at a sister location. Good job! Great customer service!

Kendra is amazing! I took my car in Sunday morning with 2 flat tires. I wasn't expecting same day service. The technicians had a full garage. She advised me that they probably wouldn't have it ready until Monday. After I left, Kendra found a new tire for me, from a different store and somehow found the time to get it ready for me just before closing! Thanks again Firestone for your professionalism, honesty and kindness! Service: Tires

I brought the car into Firestone for an alignment and axil and they gave the car back aligned and said that my brakes were bad and fixed the brakes and I asked them perfect so will I not hear the grinding noise anymore the manager told me that was the fix the next day my car was dealing with the same issues I brought it in the technician did not catch the issues the first time and I paid $800 for brakes and an alignment they had kept my car for four days and they said they accidentally ordered the wrong part and they kept the car for three days after what they told me for Expedited next day shipping after my car was sitting in their lot for three days I called Honda myself to find out what was going on Honda told me that a woman called in an ordered the wrong part and That had to re-order another part. My car was finally fixed on Monday afternoon. After they missed checking everything that was wrong that I paid $800 for and had to realign the car. After I had to get Uber‘s to work they did not care horrible customer service the place is going down and they did not do me right unfortunately I always have been for a fire stone but the one located in rio rancho absolutely horrible Service: Wheel alignment

Car trouble sucks. Especially when you know absolutely nothing about cars. You know what doesn't suck?! The service at Firestone in Rio Rancho. After a very long day, and an unforeseen emergency, my patience was thin. Apparently, my tire was just as thin.... A leak sprung quickly, and my tire began to lose air without any notice. I pulled into the Firestone parking lot at the last hour of their work day. Kendra, at the counter, was a lifesaver. The associate whom was able to repair my sadness was very busy, and I was told that is have to leave my car over night. I was on the verge of tears, with a car full of children.... And without walking shoes. With a kind smile, and sense of my breakdown, Kendra was able to have somebody put my spare on, and promised to call tomorrow, once once the tire can be repaired. Honestly, I'm just grateful to have been met with such kindness. I will absolutely recommend their service.

I unfortunately blew out my tire as I turned into the plaza that this Firestone dealership is located! Fortunately although they were very busy, Jeff at Firestone was able to squeeze me in to replace the damaged tire! I expected to be there most of the day but it only took about 2.5 hours and the tire was reasonably priced! Service was excellent as well and I am very glad I got as able to have the repair done by such awesome professionals!

Getting a general overhaul of ole Element 2005. Brakes and cooling systems this month. What determined mechanics. Fighting the 17 years of salty Ohio road damage. My car has not run this well in 10 years. It moves like a new car. Everyone open and honest about my car. Would not go anywhere else

My Girlfriend dropped her van off at 9am for a check engine diag(Rough idle when AC is on). She called at 12 to ask if they had found what was wrong, she was told that they hadnt gotten to it yet. She back at 2 and was told that they still hadnt gotten to it and they where behind 2 weeks!!!!?. Why didnt you tell her that when she dropped the van off? She would taken the car somewhere else to get the work done as the car is used for here job! What happened to this location? You guys need to correct the issues at this store or you should just close up. Christian bro across the street is kicking way better place to go.

Took my car in for a scheduled oil change today 1pm. I arrived 5min early and was told it would be a 2 hr wait. I said fine and left I returned after an hour to see my car still hadn't moved, another hour and still no movement. Finally after 2.5hours I walked in and asked about my vehicle. I was then told you're up next it'll be about 2 or 3 more hrs. I just took my keys and left. By their own admission even on well staffed days they can't get things done on time. Save your TIME and MONEY, go elsewhere.

After visiting the local landfill my tire pressure monitor indicated I was losing air in a tire. I pulled over located a nail and then quickly searched up the closest Firestone. Google search recommended the Firestone in Bernalillo. I called the store and spoke to Fred about my situation. He assured me that they would have me in and out in a reasonable time. I arrived at the store a few minutes later I disconnected the trailer that had previously been loaded with refuse for the landfill. Fred quickly got me checked in, a ticket made up on my car and into a bay for the tire repair. A few minutes later I recalled that I needed to have the oil changed as well and I asked Fred if he could add that to the ticket. He was quick, efficient and friendly; something hard to come by during Covid at businesses. In about an hour my vehicle had been fully inspected, my oil changed, and my tire repaired/balanced. I paid for my services and went outside to reattach my trailer. I was totally surprised to see that the technician had mounted the trailer to the hitch. Although I still needed to secure the trailer this was a nice touch! to Fred and your crew good job!
