The staff were friendly, but a bit disorganized. I took a paper to the register with exactly how I needed my order. I have certain family members with certain food restrictions and my order was wrong when I got home, half of the order was incorrect and I had to return to the restaurant to have them remake it.

We eat here often. They used to ask us to pull forward to wait for our meal, even when I was the ONLY car in the drive through. Had something to do with their timer and how fast they were supposed to be expediting orders or something. Now they ask us to back up 5 feet or so then pull back forward when we get to the window. I’m sure it’s a similar thing to make them look more efficient than they actually are. Basically cheating!! Yes they are cheating!!! So from now on I will say “NO, I will not pull forward or back up! Not playing your game or helping you cheat anymore!!!!!

I hate leaving reviews like this. I would much rather leave a positive one for a job well done. I have left positive feedback for the restaurant in the past but now I'm going to have to change it. It's not often that I walk into a place look around for 60 seconds and find so many problems that I just turn around and leave. Normally I go through the drive-through here, but today I walked in the restaurant. Literally, and this is not an exaggeration, Every single table in the place was dirty. The bathrooms were trashed. The floor was grimy everywhere. Behind the counter was a mid to late twenties white guy with dark hair and glasses that claimed he was the shift manager but was being exceedingly rude to everybody in the line! To the point that I wasn't the only one who turned around and left. Management of this place needs to get their people under control. This was way outside acceptable parameters. Arguing with the customers when clearly he was wrong. using highly inappropriate and vulgar language. I do not recommend this place until they fix themselves.

Got food tonight all we ordered was a burger and mozzarella sticks . Mozzarella sticks came out cold and one was missing a piece went back (didn't even leave the parking lot) told them it was cold he said he would drop fresh ones. 2 minutes later comes back out with the same mozzarella sticks just warmer had the same one missing the same piece in there (hard and didn't taste good) so straight up lied to me.

We stopped by Saturday, April 16, for a quick dine in lunch after attending a local event and on our way to several other places (celebrating a birthday weekend for one family member) before heading home. We originally planned to go to a pizza place and I regret that we didn't. We ordered our customized burgers and filled our drinks without issue, so we thought. We went to choose a table and found all of them empty but only one of them not dirty. Our food was quickly ready and everyone started unwrapping in great anticipation of a delicious treat only to be disappointed on finding incorrectly made sandwiches. Three out of four sandwiches were made standard and not customized at all. Two people chose not to make a complaint or have theirs corrected but mine would have made me ill for days. My impossible burger was slathered in mayonnaise and topped with lettuce, two big no-no's with my dietary needs. I checked the receipt and found that the cashier had neglected to ring my sandwich up without mayonnaise but the other two clearly were supposed to be customized. I returned my burger to the crew and within minutes had a newly made customized sandwich and one half-hearted apology. I made them aware that the other burgers were incorrect but that my family were eating them anyway, hoping that they would be more careful making orders and less concentrated on their chit-chat. I understand that an employee had dropped their razor in the shower twice and stepped on it cutting the bottom of their toes. The employee had just hobbled in and announced it to everyone as we were ordering. Not in the best taste but it is what it is. Not one crew member came to clean the dining area the entire time we were there although the lobby and the drive thru were not busy. The tables were dirty, the floors were dirty, and there was a ball of hair about 2 feet away from our table. Gross. Overall a disappointing experience and we won't be returning.

Placed order , after paying we were given our milkshakes, had to "pull forward". After several other cars were "forward" with us, orders were given to them, all the time our milkshakes melted. Finally got our food- after getting home- order not complete. I called and informed them- drove 15 min to get missing items...only to wait and listen while the manager belittled the staff with other customers in line..she was going back and forth with her hands in air- if she can't handle the pressure- maybe that is not her career path. By asking " what does that lady want?" was not the way to greet a customer who was already unhappy...

I visited this location tonight on mar. 9th, 2022. I stopped by for a quick bite to eat on my way home from work and I must say I was extremely impressed with the service I received. Although it was late (around 12am) she made me feel welcomed and she was smiling! Exceptional from beginning to end, the manager made sure I had fresh food, quickly and with a smile! Made my night!

I was just stared at, the girl took my card and didn't even say anything? I thanked her for my food and she just looked at me??? Much better this last visit, service team was friendly, I was told my food was being cooked to order... and it actually was fresh and delicious!

I honestly have never received sick terrible service at a place until the other night.... 2 new people of management i have never seen before, we're so extremely rude, slow, and unprofessional. All i needed was a small fries missing from my order. I tried to call and the manager, stephanie, was extremely rude and demeaning over the phone towards me. i came back by the next day, to talk with someone about the incident, the day time managers are extremely more pleasant and helpful. she replaced my meal and my fries and apologized for my bad experience. I cannot believe they are allowing people with such bad characters ruin what they are working so hard for. Please get those two ladies out of our favorite burger king! we'll be back when things are back to normal and those disrespectful women are gone. thank you so much to the assistant and general manager for making this right for me. y'all are awesome :))) edit:: love this place!!!
