Both times I’ve went , the reps have been more than helpful. They actually go above & beyond. Raphael helped me out today & had so much patience & got my issue fixed after using almost 2 hours of his time. Even though it might be a little bit of a wait , they’re doing their absolute best at helping each customer with top-tier customer service as great employees should. Complaining about a wait time because they’re helping someone fix their problems doesn’t fix anything because you’re not complaining when your problems getting fixed.

This the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a cell phone company EVER. I showed up early and was second in line. They opened the doors. I had placed an order online the night prior, so I was there to pick up and set up my phone. The girl hands me my phone with no knowledge of what’s even going on. I asked her numerous questions and she kept trying to rush me out the door. My Verizon account wasn’t set up. It keeps coming up with an error. I came up there later and a woman named Camille greeted me. I explained what the issue was. She proceeded to rudely explain that there was at least an hour wait. I had explained that I was already there in the morning she rudely said she didn’t care I would have to wait. I waited for about an hour and ironically she went from door greeter to the person who was going to look into my issue, she went to a computer for a min, came back and explained that there was nothing that she could do. I still have no access to my Verizon account after 2 trips to that store and 3 attempts on the phone. I’m a new customer and this is how they treat me. I’m so over the customer service that people give now a days. Keep it up with your job security Camille, turns out she was the highest manager at that location. A manager that doesn’t care if her customers have devices that work.

Horrible customer service!!!! I had the worst experience at this 9th Ave location at my last visit. I came in was having phone charging issues. The customer service personnel I had named Rafael was very hostile and agitated as I asked him questions about my phone. He said my phone is old and ask me if i wanted to upgrade my phone. So I asked for another representative because he was very hostile. I told the manger Camille and she said that he never get complaints he her best employee and sorry for the horrible service and that they have locations in pace,fl to better serve me!! Commitment though the little text thing they give you about your visit it said I was going to get a call from a representative from verizon to call me back never got that call. **Also, the wait was very long I wacth two older couples walk out because it was a 45 min wait and there was no where to sit.

Came in to the 9th avenue store over lunch and the wait was too long, so I worked with the girl up front to set an appointment for 12 the next day. Show up at 11:40 the next day and my appointment had been made for 10am. They did not accommodate or do anything to correct their mistake, and I ended up having to wait in line as normal which took 45 minutes… all due to their mistake. Terrible customer service.

You only go here if you have a problem, need to upgrade or feel the irresistible urge to yell at overworked, underpaid existentially anxious staff people. Results may vary along with the product availability store to store.

I purchased a newer phone and returned it because no one could here me when I used speaker phone. I kept my old phone and the guy who transferred my services back did not activate the old phone. I've missed several important phone calls due to this oversight. They are not very well organized here. Customer service sucks here also!!

Went in 2/11/22 to upgrade my iPhone after 4 years and the experience was unpleasant to say the least. There was some confusion on the down payment for the upgrade promo at first, but I was ok with that given I wanted to put more down than usual. During the checkout process, the gentlemen tried to sneak another $80 of accessories without asking first. I found this business practice to be shady as he could have simply asked if I needed a case or another charger before adding it into the final bill. I was then asked to pay using my iPhone, which was not working. I waited on hold with my bank for 15 minutes, thinking they were flagging the transaction as suspicious, and was encouraged by the Verizon rep to come back at a later time "when I had my payment method figured out." All we had to do is walk over to a register and use the POS system and the payment went through the first time. Before leaving the store, I wanted to open my new iPhone and make sure everything was working before I left and I was told "why would you do that?" This is the 4th iPhone I have purchased and I have never left a store without turning the phone on and setting it up first, until now. I found the whole experience to be off-putting and would recommend either going to another store or having the device shipped to your house. I even had to drive to UPS and pay for the packaging to ship my old iPhone to Verizon for the promo which easily could be handled by the store.

This review is specifically for the Verizon store inside the Cordova Mall. Paulo, the manager is, in a single word, OUTSTANDING! I've visited Verizon locations for more than a decade as their customer. Repeatedly, I've asked if I qualify for any discounts. The answer has been, unanimously, "No!" Within minutes of speaking with Paulo, he told me I was eligible for a military discount and showed me how to apply. I followed his instructions and received confirmation from Verizon that I will have the discount applied to my account shortly. As a result of Paulo's assistance, we decided to remain with Verizon and even upgraded our phones to the newest version. I guarantee that had he acted like the other Verizon reps we've dealt with over the years, we would have left Verizon for one of its competitors. Over the course of our time in the store, we also had the opportunity to observe another awesome employee -- Trey. It is obvious the leadership that Paulo exerts over his staff. They are as knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help as is Paulo. If you need help on your Verizon account, visit this store. You will not be disappointed.
