I don't normally shop at the Winn Dixie because it is out of my way but today I was on my way home and needed just a few items. I was not impressed by the customer service at all. I was not greeted by the cashier nor was I given the amount to be paid. He was talking to the bagger the entire time I was there. He didnt even reapond when i told him thank you as he handed me the receipt. Is this a petty review? Some people may think so but being a cashier is a customer service based job so please acknowledge your customers. Please take the time to at least say hello and ask how their day is going. And maybe tell them to have a nice day. That's all I have. Please train your people better.

Pace Winn-Dixie is where I went as a child and shop as an adult. Sale prices and even normal prices are for the most part cheaper than Publix. Nice to have a butcher as well. The outside appearance might be a little older but makes up for it with nice folks ‼️😎

Most everything I was looking for was in stock. Staff members are friendly and seem happy to work there. The store is clean and not usually crowded. parking is easy.

Clean. Several lanes open so checking out was fast. Really friendly kid checked me out. In and bought 6 items and was out in about 5 minutes.

Good people , good prices. I tried Publix for steak and it was 14 d a pound. Came here and found a package of four Ribeyes for around 20d. Will keep coming back.

They have almost anything you might need, but they're over priced and over rated for the most part. The produce section is different. I shop at this store because the produce manager made a very good impression on me. His name is Michael and he truly cares about what sits on the shelves for us to buy. He cares about his customers.

Winn-Dixie is really your average grocery store. What sets it apart from "the norm" is their friendly staff who always seem ready and willing to assist. You will find your everyday needs here at very reasonable prices. Also Winn-Dixie is much more convenient than going to the "Super" store in town, and dealing with the crowds there.
