The Pace Target is my favorite store of the area. Always clean, with friendly customer.

Store was clean and I was able to find most things without any problem. However, store associate, Jason, was very rude and sarcastic. Stated he “hated working the customer service lane while looking at me.” Without an explanation, left me standing at register for 4 minutes before returning huffing about my pick up order. Several surrounding customers standing in lanes nearby said it was common to have this experience. Refused to retrieve my app discount for my registry and was annoyed with me for looking it up for him. Extremely poor customer service.

Poor drive up service! Had to go in and get my own order. Said they wasn't doing drive up due to rain🤬 but every other buisness does it!! And also they should put something on there app saying if its raining we are not accepting drive up orders....then I wouldn't have ordered from them. But they'll wait until you park and it'll be a sign outside saying to go in to get your order🤬🤬 ill never order from this location again!

Store is always neat and clean, and associates are always really nice. I absolutely love the curbside pick up! It makes things so much easier when you have a little one, or if you are just physically unable to go into the store.

Since coming to this Target on several occasions here are some needed changes: More parking lot lighting, more front door security, and needs to enforce no transients or panhandlers rule on Target parking lot grounds. Making these changes would create a safer and more enjoyable night/day time shopping experience. Other than this, they do have an array of various shopping needs and helpful staff in the pharmacy section. The Real Reviewer grants them a 4/5.... coming to review a place near you

I recently had a problem I needed help with. I called my local Target. Every person I spoke to was kind, polite, and EXTREMELY helpful. The people who helped me were Liz, Stacy. Maddie, Morgan and Ashe. Because of these wonderful ladies, I plan on shopping more often at my Target . Each and every one helped to make me feel as if Target really wanted to help me. The problem was resolved beautifully by Stacy. Communication between all of them was perfect. Thank you to Liz, Stacy, Maddy, Morgan and Ashe.

My cashier, James, was dealing with a very disrespectful customer before me in line, but he handled it so respectfully and patiently. She was very condescending towards him, and not once did he lose his cool. He was very patient trying to figure out her issue and when she blamed him for the issue even when he explained to her in the beginning she would not be able to use her gift card for the same transaction, which she did not listen to and blamed him when it didn’t work. He was a very friendly, kind cashier. Nothing but respect for how he handled himself.
