I have been having difficulty when dealing with the IT department and staff. Am frustrated with the technical issues. I am a loyal customer and pay my bills on time, BUT, the one time my phone app didn't work, I had to go to the store to make my payment and got charged for doing so. I spent my career in accounting and management and I know that the fee you charge is the cost of doing business and customers should not be charged, interestingly, you collected extra money, a lesser amount was charged to my checking account. Where did my money and into someone's pockets. Dishonest. ~Michelle
