Nice store EXCEPT prices were wrong on the shelf or merch was stocked in the wrong place. I returned half of what I bought there because it cost so much more than I expected!

Lot's to choose from but a little on the pricey side..nice kitten snacks but other than that..the ppl are helpful & nice.the other things are a bit pricey..

Standard large sized American Pet store. Located in a strip mall setting, next to Target this store is quite big and sells pretty much everything you might need for your pets. In typical chain store fashion, its a little pricey but convenient for locals. They actually sell animals too, which is crazy these days, very sad. Encouraging unnecessary breeding no doubt. We signed up here for dog training for our dogs, hopefully it will be worthwhile 😊

My 5 year old grandson wanted to visits the fish and other pets available...he enjoyed the tour of the store and especially loved the camillion.. the staff was so nice and helpful in answering questions even though we were not there to make a purchase. Thank you.

Gets busy but overall it's clean, organized, always has crickets clipped up ready to grab. And the animals look well taken care of.

Nice store. Typically a great selection but it seemed that the dog food isle has been hit by supply/shipping issues. My dog's food was missing. Thankfully there were similar high quality choices.

Always have a good experience here. The staff is friendly and helpful when I shop. I’ve brought my puppy to the groomers for puppy baths and nail trims; they always do a great job. My puppy does not like nail trims. They are patient with her and take extra time to make sure she’s comfortable. She likes them so much she doesn’t want to leave! I took an obedience class by Bebe, and she was terrific. She is knowledgeable and an excellent trainer. I LOVE that they showcase adoptable cats from the local shelter.

We have been going here for puppy obedience classes. The trainer here, Bebe Booth, is the best. The store in Pensacola is a lot closer but I will make the longer drive to ensure Douglas has a teacher I know and trust.
