Some cool and unique finds here but nothing that makes me look forward to returning. The staff if very cliquish. Think hottopic too cool to be cool(or completely professional) staff. Selling is a bit of a headache. I think vintage and not trendy are their only criteria and the rest is up to their taste.

I offered them two new brand new pair of popular pairs of shoes and they offered me $20 cash for each . NEVER AGAIN. they must of though I was desperate for cash!!!!! Never that?!!! I will never go back to them again

Was thinking of selling my balmain jeans to them but I remembered the weird attitude I’d get from the staff when I have tried selling them my designer stuff in the past. They give you as little as possible or they’d give you a rude look and say “we’ll pass” on items that you could sell anywhere else easily. Don’t go here to sell your things.

Buffalo Exchange stores tend to fit the neighborhood personality, which makes sense. Staff here is nice and helpful and courteous when selling or buying. I always enjoy going in.

Pretentious condescendingly arrogant staff. Constantly talking down to customers, and looking for any way to display their pathetic form of “power”. Really some fractured ego, fake woke, distasteful individuals employed here. Thanks to this disrespectful management, this place is a true mess. Go back to “fashion school” Emily, trifling ho.

I been coming here for well over a year and brought cloths down to sell the mangier named Emily (good luck asking for her name she will be upset you asked) started looking through my cloths I told her some is almost brand new she said the pants she would sell for $50 and could offer me $25 store credit or $10 cash I asked her how they come up with procuring since she said it should be 25% of the value being the pants are 300 brand new I thought $10 was a low offer she got very offended and told me she went to fashion school and she can decide what she thinks it’s worth in her head and being she couldn’t even pronounce the brand of pants I found it hard to believe they let someone who was so rude and condescending pick what they pay people for 4 pairs of pants and 12 shirts I was offered $22 cash or $44 dollars store credit and when I went to get my girl friend and leave I seen her try and set one of my shirts a juice world shirt down below when I confronted her she said it was a accident what it was is attempt at theft I will never come back and half the stuff is fake merchandise anyway.

Great store I'm just the window cleaner but I hear the employees interact with the customers very professional and very knowledgeable like I said great place Plus the clothes are actually pretty cool if you're into the vintage they have some great stuff there

A great quality thrift store! (If that’s what it classifies as…) found several really nice clothing items for myself and my husband. The prices were higher compared to other thrift stores, so come prepared to spend a bit more, but the clothes are in really good condition and still way cheaper than the original price. I think it’s also great that they try to stay involved with local charities! The reusable bag that you can add to your purchase is also really cute.
