Visited this location to drop off a UPS package and was informed they had no room for the package. Please take a look at the picture of the shelf that’s tagged UPS drop off…The entire shelf has one envelope on it… This Location is one of the worst CVS by far. Don’t waste your time walking in the door time they start closing some of these locations. Terrell location has a 2.7 stars out of a possible five that would be a D or an F rating…

Don’t waste your time with this awful pharmacy. We turned in an rx last night for our dying dog, were told to come back in 45 minutes. So we did. When we came back, it still was not ready. Never got a notification. Came back in the morning to pick it up, were told it was not ready because they were receiving the medication now in a shipment. So they didn’t even have the medication available in the first place- had we known, we would have taken the rx elsewhere. Called 6 hours later to see if it was finally ready, and IT STILL IS NOT READY. Was told to give them another hour to prepare since it’s time for their lunch. This place is a joke.

I was on a new customer getting prescription strength for their after years of being on the same medication and never having a problem with Walgreens any other Pharmacy the woman on the phone pharmacist refused to give me my medication saying I can't give you both of those I will not fail them she was so rude and so hateful and you tell me why after all the years of being on this medication she would not feel it if my doctor writes out a prescription and he knows that I've been on it for years and he sends it over to them why is that her choice if I can have them or not I will never ever shop that store or have any prescriptions sent there I've never met such a rude pharmacist in my life and I used to work for a pharmacy for six years I've been in medical for 20 years totally unacceptable her telling me I couldn't have my medication they were both controlled substances she knows nothing about my medical history who is she to choose if I can have them or not

The pharmacist is not qualified obviously you cannot override a doctor's order what she is doing is not right I've never had this problem til I chose this cvs this will be last time. Dates change bacuse other months have different amount of dates.

If I could leave zero stars I would !!!! The lady I dealt with today in the pharmacy line was extremely rude and I was trying to pick up medication. She stated my medication was on hold which I understood but it’s a very private personal matter and she asked me what my medication was for through the window ! So everyone and thier mom could hear what was going on ! The she gets the pharmacist and the pharmacist doesn’t do anything much better . I understand they didn’t have the medication . But my medical situation is nobody’s business ! And to ask me that . Infront of everyone that was in my car and working is COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Some one needs to give the person that was at check out dark hair under shoulder with glasses 5/5/22 around 4 o'clock the right instruccion for their deals I try to shop with my carepass and digital deals in my app and she told me "You can only take 2 of shamp & cond she said there is signs all over the store that say only 2 per cost store policy sorry you can't take all this" I replied with how am I suppose to get $15 off $60 in shampoo and conditioner they all diferent brands none the same product she reply i know sorry you can not take all this. This is not the firt time she has done this to me

I had an issue with a medication.. And I called and got to talk to a pharmacist and they sorted it out Immediately. Outstanding customer service.. They took time to listen to my issue make sure everything was OK and explained everything to me when I picked up my script. The pharmacy technician I normally work with is Charles.. He's an amazing individual whose customer service skills are 2nd to none The whole team is amazing I could not be happier with my visit

I made an appointment for my covid booster. Per the CDC , can be given in 5 months from the time of your last vaccines. CVS turned me away stating it had to be 6 months, I showed them the CDC information but was told they had not got a email from corporate for giving boosters at 5 months. I am in the healthcare industry and this bad patient care. I will not be back to another CVS and they fact they were extremely rude.

I make an appointment online for COVID rapid test where it clearly said they could do a rapit test. After trying several times to contact with someone inside. I contacted the pharmacy and they told me that they do not have this test available n this location. To go to another location she said. Are you kidding me, they can't be offering something they don't have. Much less to people who already come with symptoms and still go through this waste of time. They are all inept in this location!

My husband went to get an RX for me. The CVS store in Terrell showed open at 8am. He got there and found no one in the entire store! He went to the pharmacy drive through and they were in there, but wouldn’t even listen to my husband when he said my wife needs her meds. He drove 30 miles to pick it up, and the lady said we don’t open until 9! He said please, I know how much it is, and I’ll leave you extra money..she simply turned her back on him. I wish I had sent my Rx anywhere else! What a rude individual!! There is obviously ZERO customer service here! Kindness goes a long way, even if you can’t bend the rules..I’ll get my prescription, but I will NEVER go back here after that!!!!
