Great location when I'm in the area I stop by this brookshire as well food is always fresh stores always clean when I pulled up to the store I did see workers cleaning the parking lot and also helping customers that might have needed help putting the groceries in their car great store great service I recommend

I love this store. It's never a mad house like Walmart and they always have what I need. Customer service is always friendly, very nice fresh fruits and veggies and a nice meat section. I had gone to a few stores looking for Ozarka water bottles and this was the only store that had a fully stocked water section. Store is always clean and I order. I know I can come here to get what I need quickly and get out quickly. Keep up the great work.

Attitude Matters. Two weeks in a row I was overcharged on items clearly marked for sale in the flyer and in store signs. I called the manager. She was defensive and it must be my mistake. I wasn't even looking for a refund over the phone. I just wanted to know if there was a limit of one sale item. She had no idea. Check your receipt before you leave the store.

I went to Brookshire's yesterday to get some water which the sale started yesterday but as usual they didn't have any at all this not the first time this has happened why have a sale and when you go to get what's on sale they didn't have it they said they truck was coming that day. So I went back today they had the water so I got some and a few more items me and my daughter had a basket so when we finished checking out it was 4 employees just standing there talking nobody even tried to help us so us thanks to Christina for helping us they really need to do better this why I don't shop there like I use to I just go to Walmart

In the past several years I have experienced the customer service of the Terrell store go from good to worse to "I totally don't care." There is apparently no concern about the way in which customers are treated, with the exception of a very few who still care. As an example I was in the store today. When the cashier completed my transaction she bagged my groceries and pushed them to the end of the counter and started checking the next customer. I had six bags of groceries plus a case of water. I had to reach across and put my bags in the cart. I had to ask her to get me some help. With a totally disgusted look she finally called "customer waiting." The first service rep was standing there and said "Do you want me to help you?" but before she could a young man came up and helped me. I am over 80 years old, am in that store several times a week, and have been a Brookshire customer for many, many years. It breaks my heart to experience this level of sorry customer service. Also the store director walks around with his nose so far in the air he never speaks to customers. For all the years he has been in Terrell he has spoken to me one time. That would not bother me if it didn't extend to the people who work for him. There are of course several employees who have worked at the store for several years who know what good customer service is. The newer hired have no idea. AND DON'T CARE.

Working at Brookshires’s deli I wouldn’t tell anybody to do application for the deli they have you do everything for not that much pay and don’t wanna give you a raise and they lie on you for no reason pick on people and honestly they don’t be checking the dates on meats , cheese I been there for six months and it’s been drama every since they talk to the employees disrespectful they don’t be cleaning the slicers after each meat and after each person they got flys all around the food meats salads I’m so glad I don’t work there worse job I every had facts then this one lady that use to work up there use to just come in mad and talk to anybody was a whole employee’s any kind of way and more never thought Brookshires was like that disrespectful and act like they really be doing stuff when the owner comes in to check out the stuff like the deli they fix everything like they been doing g the right things they cover everything up like they doing something

Shame on you! This weekends jubilee in Terrell, towing vehicles with in 5 minutes of parking. Granted it's your parking lot and signs are posted, but the people are there to support the community which they live. And that you want as patrons in your store. There were cars up and down streets and people felt safe in your lot, so they thought. I am a card holder of yours which will no longer be used! Everyone I know and see will know the way I feel about your company. Yes I was one that was towed, and yes I am mad. I just feel for the families that spent all they had to go to the event, and come out to their vehicle gone. Then trying to find a way to go get their vehicle from Mesquite. Granted once again it is YOUR PARKING LOT. Your community is now with 317.00 dollars less to spend in your store. By the way does this happen all days of the week or just during community events?

Shopping here is the best option in Terrell the customer service is really good the store is self is not bad as far as selection prices are a little higher but at least you don't have to drive into forney or shop at the horrible Walmart. My only real complaint is their meat department is absolutely the worst. It's Hit or Miss but the quality is the problem I have bought meat that went bad in less than 24 hours. Other than that not bad.
