100% INSURANCE FRAUD I was recently getting some work done on a vehicle of mine and my insurance appointed enterprise for the rental car while mine was in repairs. I was supposed to get an SUV but when I arrived an employee named "Andrew" stated they had a truck fresh out of clean up and if id like to take the truck instead of an SUV since it was already out front i could. i got into the vehicle and noticed multiple dash lights on, within a week of having the vehicle the brakes went completely out and i had to call them to tow it back. no problem they apologized for the inconvenience and even waived the fuel fee on the vehicle since i was unable to fill it due to it being inoperable. however after taking their vehicle to the shop they claim I did over 4000 dollars worth of damage to the vehicle and filed a claim against my insurance stating I broke the rear differential and other components by " removing a stump(or similar item) with a chain. the same employee that loaned me the vehicle became quite unprofessional during the call to "inform" me of the damages I allegedly caused and terminated the call. they loan out trash vehicles and attempt to claim repairs from drivers that waive their insurance. 100% insurance fraud if you're going to rent from this location make sure you document everything about the vehicle independently or they will try to take you for preexisting damages.

I’ve used hertz before in locally.. in let’s just say it rhymes with “cord-fan” Ohio and it was the most awful experience so much so, I felt traumatized and avoided car rental options at all costs. Needless to say, this time, the process was effortless and all around pleasant. Everyone from the driver, the gentlemen on the phone, the worker who actually processed everything—Stellar experience and will now be my go to :)

They could not have made it Easier for me. They came and picked me up paper work took all of 5 minutes and I was out the door. They also returned me home when I returned the car. Customer experience could not have been better. Thank you All at Enterprise in Youngstown💗

They would not rent me a truck friday at new castle because i would have to take it back to hermitage.No problem i called hermitage and they said they had a Ford and a silverado.I reserved the Silverado and offered to give my Credit card and they said no it would be there when i arrived.I drove straight to hermitage and there was no silverado or ford they sent me to youngstown there was not one on location so i had to drive to meineke where a dodge ram was getting an oil change and was told it hadnt been cleaned yet.No problem i will drive and pick it up but can i return it to hermitage they said that would be fine.It was filthy!o.k.used it for the the day took it to hermitage and they were closing up at noon said drop the keys in the drop box while the attendent was locking up monday comes and my bill is 2 and a half times more.they have a 29 min, grace period and GPS so why the hike in price.I will call in morning and see if we can finger this out.Not mad at ya just sayin.

The staff was friendly and the young man that helped me was very professional and waited 10 minutes for me to arrive from out of town with my rental car!! I will use them again soon and would recommend them over the other rental car businesses. You will have a good experience with them!

The place was overbooked.but we drove a beautiful car down. From Nile Ohio to killeen Texas. We got the extra insurance thank goodness. Our bumper tore off. Always pay for extra insurance saved us $1,000. Wonderful people in the Youngstown enterprise. We defiantly will be back.

I have been renting at enterprise for the last eight months. And up until my last visit, I have been very satisfied. The service had always been phenomenal. But the last time I rented a car, I noticed that the front tire had looks flat. Upon the day I was supposed to return the car, I got a flat tire. And when I went to return the car I was charged for the services of having the tire changed. When I first rented the car, I payed the $20 insurance fee, and I was assured that it covered any damages that were made to the car while it was in my possession.

I have always used this location for my rentals for over 10 years but I did not get the car i booked. Watched the employee give the book I booked 24 hrs before getting the car. He was not willing to work with me either. And the gas wasn't filled either. It was an all-around annyoing experience.
