Beechmont in Anderson. The service was absolutely the best. The car that I got had several scrapes and a fender that needed repair which was not a problem. The car had a distinctive odor which was re-sprayed and I was given a reduction on the cost as well as a gas incentive. The people were the best, very professional, thorough and overall it was definitely a place where I will get a car again.

Had a great experience with Enterprise! The front desk agent was excellent, so friendly when we both checked in & out of our rental. We got a complimentary upgrade to a brand new large SUV. I will always rent through Enterprise!

The people who helped me were great! They were extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient. They were short staffed and still were able to get me a car quickly and get me out of there. The only negative thing I experienced was the car maybe having slight issues. There was a maintenance required signal that came on every time I turned the car on (which could have been from getting an oil change early and not getting that switched off- what the employees explained to me) and the tire light was on and off for one of the tires. Also, when on the highway and going above 50 mph, the car would shake a little and/or "rumble" when the brakes were hit. Other than that, I had a great experience at Enterprise and would definitely rent a car from there again!

Rented a car for a quick trip to Florida for a funeral. Arrangements made very last minute and Enterprise came thru. The Altima we drove was comfortable, very gas efficient and overall great ride.

Beechmont location, our local go-to car rental and I am always grateful for the quality of service provided. The reps, Cory and Ryan were clear, appropriately attentive, personable, thorough and very easy to work with at pick up and drop off. This last rental went particularly well and I immediately noticed the detailed vehicle cleanliness. Driving a well maintained late model with several unexpected features like a moonroof, user friendly tech, advanced sound system and keyless start made the thousand mile weekend trip more enjoyable than I could have ever expected. The safety and comfort were well worth the higher gas and rental costs.

My experience with my rental was a success. I really enjoyed the Chevy Malibu they gave me because it was comfortable and clean. Everything was in great condition about this car. I have to say that customer service was really amazing, I do not remember the gentleman’s name who handed me the keys but he was nice and very professional at his job. When you have employees like him, it makes you come back because I rather see a smile and a person who cares about the customers than someone being rude. Keep up the good work and thank you for making my trip a good one.

My family rented a car for 5 days. Business had been so good for Enterprise was nearly out of cars. The attendant, Jeff, that I worked with was very professional and super friendly. He provided a nice upgrade to the car we originally signed up for. It was beautiful and delivered a smooth and care free ride!! My wife and daughter loved it during the long drive to and from our destination and in between. Important to me, processing time at the counter was quick on the pickup and return. Thanks Enterprise, we will definitely be renting from you again!!!
