Best van rental agency in Cincinnati, Ohio (OH) 2025

Please don’t use this U-Haul company! I called U-Haul customer service to inform them I could not check in my van through my phone because their website was malfunctioning. The man on the line told me it was okay and I would not be charged the extra $20 for having U-Haul employees check in the van themselves. Yet I was charged the $20 and when I called to explain what happened, after being on hold for over 30 minutes, I was told, “You don’t have a screenshot of the website issue so there cannot be a dispute case.” Despite the fact I have a screenshot of the phone call I had with U-Haul customer service with the time stamp and photos of the van that I took that night with the time stamp, they won’t accept the photos and I will still be charged the $23 (with taxes I’m assuming). This is my first and last time using U-Haul, please save yourself the trouble and use another moving company. ~TopazStarEclipse

This is one of the best location for renting a car ! Checkin/Checkout process is smooth. Dean is so kind and friendly. He helped us with paperwork and upgrade plans.I will go back again to rent a car at this location. ~RISHI

The people who helped me were great! They were extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient. They were short staffed and still were able to get me a car quickly and get me out of there. The only negative thing I experienced was the car maybe having slight issues. There was a maintenance required signal that came on every time I turned the car on (which could have been from getting an oil change early and not getting that switched off- what the employees explained to me) and the tire light was on and off for one of the tires. Also, when on the highway and going above 50 mph, the car would shake a little and/or "rumble" when the brakes were hit. Other than that, I had a great experience at Enterprise and would definitely rent a car from there again! ~Cami
