Absolutely blown away by my experience here. I’ve been to a lululemon before, but I have never been greeted or really had employees take interest in assisting me. I visited this location on a work trip and the help and attention I received was next level. Special shout-out to Lily and Marq there who both really went above and beyond to assist me with everything I tried on. I have never had better customer service and one on one time like I did here. I never felt burdened by asking questions or asking for another size. Other Lululemon stores should take notes.

Yesterday (4/13 afternoon) I went there with my daughters and my middle schooler had a question but was too nervous to ask. One of the employees notice immediately and asked if we needed help. She was very helpful and explained everything! To top it off, my apple pay and bank app was was giving me SSL errors when I was trying to pay at the cashier and the employee was very patient as I clicked away. Completely different employees from the last time I was here, they made the experience amazing!

My girlfriend and I had never shopped at the store before, so at first all the different choices of leggings wad a bit much. Aubrey had amazing customer service, and did an wonderful job listening to my girlfriends needs and was extremely knowledgeable about the clothing line. The complimentary hemming was a great service to provide. She had us sign up for an account and made us repeat customers for sure. Great quality product, and with that kind of service is a win win.

I shop in the location quiet a bit, but I got to meet a new face the last time I went in! I believe her name was Megan. She helped me find the exact shirt I was looking for and even tried on a jacket for me so I would know my daughters size! Great store! Super organized!

Like there was 5 workers in the back doing nothing and not being helpful. It was my first time going into lululemon and I wanted to see if the brand lives up to the hype. The quality was honestly par nothing to ride home about. The customer service is was really put me off. No one greeted me, asked if I needed help or had questions. I did have a few questions but they rather talk and fold. I wanted to ask the different style of pants but I don’t think I should buy something where the employee couldn’t bother to help. Keep in mind the store was not busy. It was a Wednesday at noon. I am disappointed but I’m glad I didn’t buy from this store. Never shopping here ever

I went in for a few updates to my sweat wardrobe and literally Erin and Austin were the best helpers! They answered all of my annoying questions, asked me tons of questions trying to help me sort out exactly what I wanted/needed. They were both so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. So happy I checked out this location (instead of Del Mar which is closer to me) and I will be a loyal customer to this company and will specifically ask for those amazing girls when I go back! :) 100/10 stars!

Had to wait a little longer than what was ideal due to the holiday rush, but the 'educators' did a wonderful job at acting like they cared. Like a really good job. They were very aware that I was kept waiting, and they weren't hesitant to offer assistance. What takes the cake, however, was the superb hemming job done. The complimentary hemming service honestly makes the $130 spent on a pair of pants a great investment.

Loved this store!! My daughter was given a couple pairs of leggings for Christmas we needed to exchange (size and fit a problem), and I wasn't sure how it would go. Paul helped us find exactly what would work, and also had a another employee (similar size and build as my daughter) check to make sure the fit was right. I was a little intimidated walking in, since we had never shopped there before, but everyone was very nice and welcoming. I ended up buying a pair for myself because it was such a great experience. We will definitely be shopping here again.

As a 54 year old Marine and businessman, I have mostly stopped shopping for clothing because of my long arms and legs. Typically long arms and legs are matched with huge neck sizes and large waists - not at Lululemon! I was amazed at the quality of the clothing and variety of styles and colors! Needless to say, I am now a die-hard customer and I'll be purchasing much more of their clothing (exercise, trousers, shirts, jackets, etc.). Lululemon's prices are very well justified for the quality and the experience. The staff answered all of my questions and were excellent in helping me as I was very new to their brand.

Once again this location doesn't fail to disappoint me with poor customer service. I went in with a $100 gift card. I had several pieces on my arm. 4 employees walked right passed me. I even stood near 2 of them as I tried on jackets. They talked about their plans for the week and asked EACH OTHER about merchandise for themselves. How about the customer?? I then went to the fitting room and stood while a woman working there picked at her nails. I coughed loudly and she asked, "Oh, did you want to try on something?" No, I like standing around holding clothes. I refuse to return to this location.
