This isThe worst Chick-fil-A.Always has an extremely long wait. I work in mason west chester area with incredibly high volume of patrons and the wait is minimal. I always regret saying yes to my daughter when she asks to come here. It becomes an EVENT. But sadly it is the closest. Begged her to choose pizza instead simply to avoid the sluggish pace.

Went in for lunch. When I pulled into the drive thru line didn't move for about 15 minutes. I was trapped an couldnt back out or pull around. The drive thru line behind me was not only on the side street but also forming on the main road as well. After about 15 minutes we moved enough for me to pull into a spot and order inside. I was the only one in line and the dining room was jammed packed. The employees were very friendly and working as fast as they could. It took about 15 minutes to get my food after ordering. When I came back out side the cars that were behind me in the drive thru line only moved about 2 cars. Definitely won't be back for lunch. Hopefully dinner time is not as busy.

Food was standard for chick-fil-a. Ordered on the app and was doing my usual pickup in the drive thru but the drive thru wasn't moving at all! After a few min of not moving I went inside. Took 29 minutes to get thru drive thru. Went at 330PM. This is the slowest drive thru in Cinn. Food great, customer service great. Rediculous drive thru time. It has taken 45-50 during dinner hours. Did not have anyone outside taking orders. It's like they don't care.

Went in for take out. Drive thru line was crazy. Ordered super fast, Brennen was very friendly and kind. It took about 15 minutes to get our food, which was for 2 people. Brennen made the visit pleasant

Went here for lunch yesterday and got trapped in the drive through for 30 min only to be told at the monitor that they were cash only today.. When I come to Chik fil A, I expect fast, efficient service. They should have notified incoming vehicles that their card reader was down.

Super tasty but customers in the store should definitely get their food before the drive through - especially when we order through the app and stand there for 10 min before anyone acknowledged you. Needs better evening customer service. Shouldn’t be one young lady running around doing it all while others socialize.
