My experience was excellent Kyle walked me through everything he was doing . Called to update me every step of the way . Very pleasant person . I always ring my Toyota to the dealership because they are good at what they do . I never have to worry about anything when I deal with them . My wait time is not long at all which makes it even better . Services: Battery, Auto maintenance, Brakes

Went there for scheduled service. Needed wiper blades replacement. I was told it was done. Paid for it too. Came out.. I still had my old weindshield wiper. Thankfully it was raining and I fount out. Now i am questioning whether they did the oil change and tire rotation or not? Everyone please make sure your service is done correctly before getting out of there. 0/5 stars.

Tell me the shop manager named Tony, after doing a recall repair on my car comes out to inform me that there is a leak on the water pump of my car. He was so emphatic making it sound as if it's something that's going to kill me today if not repaired immediately. Fortunately, I have a regular mechanic that works on my car who had already discovered it and was going to take care of it when I brought my car in for service. This type of panic tactic is distasteful at best and is why I prefer not to do business with dealerships. Service: Auto maintenance

Everything was great, quick and efficient. I gave a previous negative review but it was not their fault. I had that issue resolved by a private mechanic so I highly recommend Joseph Toyota for routine maintenance. Service: General repairs & maintenance

I brought in the car because the audio player was not working properly. You upgraded the software and that was great but the audio player disconnected again and I had no sound. Same problem as before. It’s so intermittent that I don’t think you’ll ever locate the problem Service: General repairs & maintenance

Vehicle was serviced and had a warranty paint repair done. The vehicle was with Joseph Toyota for about 3 weeks. When I picked up the vehicle the windshield was cracked and there was a trim piece missing (not put back on). Additionally, Some of the paint work was very sloppy. *Edited to add. I had to reach out to Joseph Toyota multiple times to get the issue addressed. Not once did anyone reach out to me. I waited a month for a manager from the service sept to reach out to me. That did not occur so I had to call back in. Additionally, I sent an email to Sandra a week ago and haven’t received anything back. My concerns over the paint damage were not fixed/corrected. The service managers brushed off damage and deflected blame between the service department and collision center. Services: Painting, Auto glass replacement, Auto body & trim replacement

had the worst experience at this location... I scheduled transmission fluid flush, coolant flush services. dropped my car on friday morning and expected to get it back the same day. before that I requested a loaner because i have 2 kids and had to go somewhere during the day after dropping the car. they didnt care about my request and acted as if i didnt request anything and totally ignored my request. dropped the car and took a uber ($20) back to my house... at 10 am, received a follow up via text message about the services the foundings and recommendation on the car. didnt want to do it and replied it was not in my plan. the technician who texted me sent the same message to its coworker to confirm that i rejected it. few minutes later i receive a call from toyota colrain insisting about the recommendations which i rejected once again. 6pm didnt receive no message to pick up my carwhen i was told that i will be contacted to pick up my car . was thining that it toom them longer than expected and let it go...the next day still no feedback, texted to remind them i didnt receive no feedback. no answer from them after i texted (and i had to go somewhere that day with my kids). my kids and I took a uber,(another $20) at 1pm went there. to my suprise, they were closed. I was stuck there with 2 kids. ordered another uber ($20) to go home. Today is monday september 26th 2022 requested to get my car delivered cause i was not about to spend another money because of their mistake to pick up my car... as usual they dont care. so i spemt the entire weekend stuck at home because of their mistake...will have to spend another $20 will never use this location again in my life... and dont recommend it

Well, when i usually arrive i just stand there while every one ignores my existence. The last guy i dealt with, very unprofessional and rude. Worst experience I've had at a Toyota dealership. I needed to update this review because I'm absolutely Livid! It's been about 5days now since I got my car back. Now I have a crack line on my Windshield about 17 inches. Yesterday it was about 12 inches. Yes,I didn't see anything when I got my car but the next day, a 6 inch fracture line appeared and it's getting longer everyday. The point of impact is at the edge of the driver's side. Someone cracked it! Probably dropped an instrument on it and didn't say anything hoping I don't notice. Now it's getting worse everyday. And it's on me. I just spent 1500$ on my ac repairs and now I have to get my Windshield fixed too?! I wish I could give a no star! I never had this type of issues anywhere else. With the rude staff to add to this. I'm not doing this again!!! Terrible! Service: A/C installation & repair
