I had the wrong wiper blade sold and installed on my Chevy Equinox at this location. When I realized it was the wrong one I went back without a receipt and the manager (Shannon) stopped what he was doing, drove to a car parts store, bought the correct one and installed it for me. Well, when i usually arrive i just stand there while every one ignores my existence. The last guy i dealt with, very unprofessional and rude. Worst experience I've had at a Toyota dealership. I needed to update this review because I'm absolutely Livid! It's been about 5days now since I got my car back. Now I have a crack line on my Windshield about 17 inches. Yesterday it was about 12 inches. Yes,I didn't see anything when I got my car but the next day, a 6 inch fracture line appeared and it's getting longer everyday. The point of impact is at the edge of the driver's side. Someone cracked it! Probably dropped an instrument on it and didn't say anything hoping I don't notice. Now it's getting worse everyday. And it's on me. I just spent 1500$ on my ac repairs and now I have to get my Windshield fixed too?! I wish I could give a no star! I never had this type of issues anywhere else. With the rude staff to add to this. I'm not doing this again!!! Terrible! Service: A/C installation & repair ~Vladimir
