They really need to hire more people or train/manage up or something because the place is a bit of a mess. I waited 20 minutes in the drive through for a really simple order (a drink and a value menu snack item) Everyone was asked to pull forward to get their items, so the parking lot was a mess and the workers had to walk orders out in the cold rain. After all that, my order was really cold. Yikes. I’d definitely avoid this location! Vegetarian options: Tons good cheesy veggie options

We ordered ahead and an hour and a half later the order had not even been started. Service is so poor, the workers are no help and rude.

Added extra sausage to burritos for $2.30 and didn’t get any thing more than normal. Foreigners run and manage store and don’t understand English. At least Burger King listens and gives u what u order

They didn't have soap in the bathroom and no ice in the soda machine and plus soda is very flat. I ask for a cup of ice and they gave me about only 4 ice cube not even a full. This place need to be check by the board of health. It look like mold under the soda machine and plus there is water draining under the cabinet. It was pure nasty.

Little slow at the drive thru, but at least they were still open, which is better than I can say about the other 2 taco bell locations around me that close up shop at 8pm sometimes sooner

Terrible location. Doesn’t even deserve one star. Drive thru line was out into the street so I order with the app and went inside to get the food. There were 10 people waiting for their food inside. Two guys that were in like to order walked out right after I went in. Another guy who was waiting walked out saying that he couldn’t wait any longer. He had already paid and left without his order because it took so long. There was a woman who apparently used to work there standing partially behind the counter giving out cups. I wound up waiting 15 minutes from the time I walked in to get my order. And two of the four items were made wrong. My chicken burrito had zero chicken in it and I paid to add sour cream to a chilito, unsurprisingly, there was none. Also, purchased a drink, and the soda machine had zero ice. I sent a complaint to TB through their website but they have failed to respond, so I left this review.

It was the worst ever! I Sat stuck in drive-thru for over a hour. Could not leave, blocked in by car's and all I wanted was my Door Dash order. Which by the way I lost that $$ all so, my gas and time!!

The lady on the late shift was so nice and she showed concern for her customers. We also went to Buffalo Wild wings and it was horrible here in Cincinnati. I would never go back there, the waitress wasn't polite at all and she rushed us to order & took forever to help us. We had to seat ourselves and the food wasn't good, so I just left the food, paid for it and walked out very dissatisfied. It was the one on or close by Montgomery around the corner from the red roof inn on governor Street or whatever you call this lil plaza next to the Belgian Waffle Restaurant.

The worst place to get your food. I am vegetarian and I ordered a Vegetarian Mexican Pizza and they put beef on half of the side and on the other side they put beans. After accidentally eating the food, I regret even ordering at this location. Also, the wait at this place was over 40 mins to get food.

Another worst place to go to. If you're delivery driver. I bit you don't have time to waste... 40 minutes waiting end up don't get the order. If I can give half star I will. They deserve 0 🌟
