Store associate was Tyson and he was absolutely amazing and patient from start to finish. He was 100% knowledgeable on every question I had and we were beyond satisfied with our services and purchases. That young man deserves a lot of recognition he is beyond good at his job and I’d recommend him for anyone going into the Tiffany Plaza AT&T store in Boardman!

Jay was so helpful! Me and my dad both were able to get new phones for a great price thanks to Jay. He was extremely patient and knowledgable! He made sure that everything with our phones was figured out and honestly everything ran smoothly for once because of him! Thank you Jay!!!

Went in today having some issues with login to pay my bill and my bill. Have tried to get help before and tonight ROSE took the time to help me and was able to get everything figured out. She's amazing, very friendly patient and so knowledgeable.

This is not a corporate store, but a franchise for ATT! Don’t be deceived- they disseminated so much misinformation when I purchase my new iPhone! Would NEVER go there again! Boardman store @ West Blvd and 224 so much more knowledgeable. I would give zero stars if I could!

Laura the manager at the store in Poland was very helped full. She was kind very professional and very patient. She solved my issues . People like Laura are the reason why I have been with AT&T for a long time.I have been coming sense it was cingular. Laura is very professional at her job and people like her make you feel special.

I’m a local business owner that has an incredible need for mobile devices. Our store rep, Laura, is always engaged with our account. Anytime we need a device she is immediately responsive and has even driven out to our facility to drop of devices to us when needed. I would recommend this store, and specifically Laura as a rep, to anybody. 5 star service.

I visited this store the other day because I was having issues with my phone. Laura helped me, got me squared away with a new phone. No hassles, no waiting around, it was quick and easy. Definitely will be going back here for my next phone!

I was at this store after purchasing an IPhone 13 Pro Max to get my data transferred from my android to the iPhone.The store clerk working took my phone after I explained what was going on that I couldn’t get it working she could not either.The manager I believe his name was Jay was very rude and told me to take my phone home and plug it in to my computer and transfer it that way.I left the store after I told him what a waste of time they were.I went down the street to the Boardman Canfield Road store and they had the phone working within 20 minutes… Very poor service and terrible customer service this was my 2nd encounter with this store and will never return

If you happen to go to this store - avoid their rep by the name Jason T! He is incompetent, careless and rude! My relative, who is on my family plan, went in for the simplest thing - getting a new 5G SIM card for his new phone. In the process, Jason T managed to activate the wrong SIM card for the wrong phone line, which deactivated MY phone service! I live in a different state and use my phone for work. I did not expect to have my phone line deactivated when my relative went in for something as straightforward as getting a new SIM card for HIS phone. In addition, once Jason T deactivated the wrong SIM, he was unwilling or unable (either one is troubling!) to recognize/understand his mistake and had to get another representative involved. This other representative (Jory) quickly realized the mistake and apologized for Jason T, but it never occurred to Jason T to do the same! I am now left to deal with the fallout of Jason T’s incompetence and carelessness. The most upsetting part of this is that I am a state employee and have to call in and out on my phone line. Since I was not able to do that yesterday (and may not be able to do that today, unless I get this resolved), I will lose pay for the days when I am not able to call in! Bottom line - avoid Jason T at all costs! He needs to either be trained or fired. If this was MY business - Jason T would be fired - it is not about making a mistake - it is about knowing when you make one and trying to correct it or at least apologizing for it. He did neither of those things.
