My husband and I went to the Belmont location yesterday hoping that the mean manager girl was not there so we didn't have to drive to a different location. So happy to hear new people took over that store and she no longer works there. She's in cleveland. We received amazing service and will be making Belmont metro our permanent phone service store. There's a great team that works here! They're extremely knowledgeable about games and hardware. They're always ready and willing to help, or to just talk about our shared hobby. They create a great atmosphere. The store is also kept clean and well organized. ~Casey
