My husband and I went to the Belmont location yesterday hoping that the mean manager girl was not there so we didn't have to drive to a different location. So happy to hear new people took over that store and she no longer works there. She's in cleveland. We received amazing service and will be making Belmont metro our permanent phone service store. Great customer service from the gentleman that works there. Thank u😄😃😀

The salesman at the counter told me that they did not have the Stylo LG 6, a free phone for adding a line. Then he proceeded to tell me that he would sell me that free phone for $239. He said he said that it wasn't free anymore they changed the program that day. Then told me to come back in two days and it would be free again because they would reinstate the program. This store will rob you of your money, they will try to sell you things that are free and their management will not do anything about their employees doing this. Beware of this store beware of MetroPCS

I was looking to get my daughters phones turned on but when I went to Metropcs they gave me 2phones for free and started new services on them. It felt like Christmas and the sales rep Amit was very helpful. My wait time upon entering the store was less than 30seconds. He was easy to talk to and very helpful. My daughters got a great plan that was great for them. I recommend anyone to stop through. He was my hero of the day.

If i could leave a review of no stars thats exactly what it should be. The rep working this store was absolutely no help what so ever. She was very rude and very pushy. The "manager" of the store was also extremely rude. I have now pulled my service from metro and will advising all my friends to do so as well.

Very friendly staff helped me get my contacts and pictures switched over to my new one. I'm not very good at doing that on my own😏 And have me good deals on my case and other things. I was very happy when I left. One of the friendliest staffs at a metro store I've been to so far. I recommend this one if you live out in the Liberty area.

Rude staff, always someone new every month when I pay my bill. Speaking of my bill I was paying $70 a month for two lines, seen an advertisement about it being $85, asked the worker if it is going up in price and he said no, that is for new coustomers, mine won't be affected. Next month new person working, asked me for that $85 plus the standard fee of $3 and I contested it. She looked into my account and sad it has always been that price. I even showed her the payments I have been making. Asked for manager and he sided with her. So I decided to cancel my plan and they gave me a hassle. Went to Boost. So far not liking them either. I might go back to Virgin Mobile now that they have an unlimited plan.

I ran into the store somewhat frustrated, My screen was black and my alarm was going off. Obviously, I could not power the phone off or on or turn off the alarm. The girl at that store, took it,.pulled off the back removed the battery and said "you have a lot of water damage", a new phone is around 150.00. I returned home, calmer and reseated the battery, it works fine. Two stars because in her defense she was assisting another customer and it was a stressful situation.
