I love this store. It's never a mad house like Walmart and they always have what I need. Customer service is always friendly, very nice fresh fruits and veggies and a nice meat section. I had gone to a few stores looking for Ozarka water bottles and this was the only store that had a fully stocked water section. Store is always clean and I order. I know I can come here to get what I need quickly and get out quickly. Keep up the great work. ~T

I desperately needed a memorial item needed for my father’s funeral. We tried doing it ourselves and it was too difficult. I called Anchor Printing and they had it ready the following morning when I needed it. They probably could’ve charged a rushed fee but it was charged a reasonable price. I definitely will be back for any future needs. ~Brandon

Can't really say with words how wonderful this McDonald's was! We stopped by with a load of teenagers going home from church camp and the management and staff was top of the line to us and all our teens! The manager even took the time to come over and watch a new dance our teens learned and talk to us. The environment was clean, stocked and had all our food ready in no time! I am definitely giving them 5 stars for helping us continue to have a awesome day! Food was good too and everyone got their order right the first time! It was great! ~Misty

I love Wendy's food but I will never, never, never return to this particular Wendy's. First the restaurant was a disaster! The floors were nasty, almost all of the tables were dirty and needed to be wiped down, there was, what appeared to be, a bottle of pee in the restroom, the restroom was extremely messy and you couldn't dry your hands. When we went to order our food, I wanted to ask a question first. I just needed to know if they had plain honey. There was 3 people at the front counter but we had to wait for 6 minutes while all 3 of them flirted, giggled, and joked with customers that already had their food. They were eating their food and having a good time while we waited to order. Then I asked about the plain honey. I was told that they had plain honey. So I ordered chicken nuggets, I only eat them if I can dip them in honey. The rest of my family ordered and we sat down to wait for our food to be ready and them to call my husband's name. Once the food was ready, we sat down and every meal was incorrect and they didn't have plain honey, they only had "hot honey". My husband had to return to the counter 3 different times. We were given the wrong size drink, then the wrong drink, the wrong type of burger, the wrong size fries, one meal never got their fries, and they didn't have honey so I didn't eat the nuggets. Never again! Don't stop, in fact run the other way and stop at another restaurant. ~Kizzi

Visited this location to drop off a UPS package and was informed they had no room for the package. Please take a look at the picture of the shelf that’s tagged UPS drop off…The entire shelf has one envelope on it… This Location is one of the worst CVS by far. Don’t waste your time walking in the door time they start closing some of these locations. Terrell location has a 2.7 stars out of a possible five that would be a D or an F rating… ~Mark

Second time giving them a try and second time they don't have the requested vehicle available. No point in making reservations in advance. Poor customer service. Please beware don't let your vacations get ruined like mine. ~Reina

We had an issue with our vehicle out of town and had to take it to the dealership. They are having to keep it several days. I called Enterprise to rent a vehicle got an email confirmation to pick it up at 2:30, arrived at 2:15 and was told they did not have any vehicles. I checked two more Enterprise locations within 30 miles. No vehicles. Was taken back to the dealership by there employee that spent over an hour trying to get us into a rental. Hats off to Wills Point Chevrolet. How does a rental car business stay in bussines that treats customers like this. ~Terry
