Best fast food restaurant in Terrell, Texas (TX) 2024

Can't really say with words how wonderful this McDonald's was! We stopped by with a load of teenagers going home from church camp and the management and staff was top of the line to us and all our teens! The manager even took the time to come over and watch a new dance our teens learned and talk to us. The environment was clean, stocked and had all our food ready in no time! I am definitely giving them 5 stars for helping us continue to have a awesome day! Food was good too and everyone got their order right the first time! It was great! ~Misty

I love Wendy's food but I will never, never, never return to this particular Wendy's. First the restaurant was a disaster! The floors were nasty, almost all of the tables were dirty and needed to be wiped down, there was, what appeared to be, a bottle of pee in the restroom, the restroom was extremely messy and you couldn't dry your hands. When we went to order our food, I wanted to ask a question first. I just needed to know if they had plain honey. There was 3 people at the front counter but we had to wait for 6 minutes while all 3 of them flirted, giggled, and joked with customers that already had their food. They were eating their food and having a good time while we waited to order. Then I asked about the plain honey. I was told that they had plain honey. So I ordered chicken nuggets, I only eat them if I can dip them in honey. The rest of my family ordered and we sat down to wait for our food to be ready and them to call my husband's name. Once the food was ready, we sat down and every meal was incorrect and they didn't have plain honey, they only had "hot honey". My husband had to return to the counter 3 different times. We were given the wrong size drink, then the wrong drink, the wrong type of burger, the wrong size fries, one meal never got their fries, and they didn't have honey so I didn't eat the nuggets. Never again! Don't stop, in fact run the other way and stop at another restaurant. ~Kizzi

I ordered a beef fried rice and chicken fried rice we ordered online at 715 and the estimated time was 735 my husband went in to pick the order up and no one had a clue about our order so it took an extra 5 to 10 minutes to wait for our food just to get home and for my husband to find a fly that looks like its been cooked with the rice I called them and asked if i can get a refund she said sure so I threw away mine and took his since it was the one with a fly just for them to only refund me for one plate because I didnt bring the other plate even tho I told them I threw the other plate away. I use to love coming to this restaurant but since the pandemic it has not been the same I for sure wont be coming to this restaurant anymore. ~Lauren
