Waited in the drive thru line for over 15 minutes 2 cars behind from overcome. To find out that they were short staff and that our food could take up to 30 minutes before receiving it, several people just left, kuddos to the employees but the managers should do some with a better working schedule.

Customer service LAX a little the person who served me made people skip around me cuz he thought I wanted to pay for a dollar soda I use my points for a burger but I paid for my drink with my card and this is the second time their system is not working but I will make sure and check my account and I will be letting them know they need to upgrade their system and the guy treated me like I was trying to steal a drink are you kidding me as much as I spend with McDonald's and making them trillionaires anyways I know it's not the company's fault but he should know better than to do that he didn't even give me my burger I had to go around to get my burger I told him to take the soda off and then I will take care of it next week when I come back because I know my bank paid for it they gave me a code they don't give you a code unless it's paid for just saying

Theo and his night crew work extremely hard. Whenever I go around midnight to early morning (I work night shift), I always get the correct food, quickly, with a smile. Mind you there is less staff overnight and they update their system between midnight and 3:00 am, so be prepared for them accepting only a certain type of payment during that timeframe. I don’t have any complaints. Only good things to say.

So far every time I go to this location, I am heavily disappointed. They are rude to customers and very very slow on simple orders. The staff have messed up every order of my friends, coworkers, family, and myself. Especially the night staff who work the drive-thru. There needs to be a serious change there!

I pass thru wills point on the way to terrell occassionally . Everything was good and hot and fresh, they were busy but everything went smoothly. And my order was right!

Can't really say with words how wonderful this McDonald's was! We stopped by with a load of teenagers going home from church camp and the management and staff was top of the line to us and all our teens! The manager even took the time to come over and watch a new dance our teens learned and talk to us. The environment was clean, stocked and had all our food ready in no time! I am definitely giving them 5 stars for helping us continue to have a awesome day! Food was good too and everyone got their order right the first time! It was great!

We stopped here around 5:45 pm July 9, 2022 and we were simply discussed by what the cashier at this McDonald's did. I noticed her picking up drinking cups for a customer ahead of us and she put her fingers directly inside the rims of the cups without washing her hands or with the wearing of gloves. She was rubbing her nose and playing with a red keychain that was hanging out of her pants pocket not to mention handling money in her bare hands also without wearing gloves. She never made an attempt to wash her hands before taking our order. My wife asked her for our drinks and she stuck her unwashed hands inside our cups only to be corrected by my wife to give us cups that she hadn't stuck her unsanitized into. What surprised us was that the cashier gave my wife a facial expression that said "I dare you make such of an request of me" as if she the cashier thought that it was ok for such actions to go against her. Management needs to train better if this is the standard and assure that employees take notice that their fingers and hands carry germs that we as customers don't want to be subjected too. This young lady needs to be trained on how to handle food and wear gloves when dealing with customers. Management has a responsibility also.

went here tonight, drive thru. service was prompt and friendly. I didn’t eat but both of my boys did and they are both are still saying best tasting mcdonald’s ever. My oldest is visiting and says Mcdonald’s don’t hit like this in Austin. lol. had to share, thank you McDonalds 😁

Would give a zero if I could. Wasted money on 2 breakfast sandwiches. Literally told the girl twice sausage and egg biscuit with cheese. Receipt shows the right item. Clearly got a sausage and egg biscuit with no cheese. Might seem little to some but when you work a 12 hour shift and get food. You don’t want to get home to find your order wrong and forced to go back out. Went to the other McDonald’s 2 miles away and got my food made correctly. Will not be returning to this location. Have already made sure my warehouse employees go somewhere else to save themselves the disappointment
