We had an issue with our vehicle out of town and had to take it to the dealership. They are having to keep it several days. I called Enterprise to rent a vehicle got an email confirmation to pick it up at 2:30, arrived at 2:15 and was told they did not have any vehicles. I checked two more Enterprise locations within 30 miles. No vehicles. Was taken back to the dealership by there employee that spent over an hour trying to get us into a rental. Hats off to Wills Point Chevrolet. How does a rental car business stay in bussines that treats customers like this.

Rent from them at Maybank all the time. Never had any problems. This last experience was a 2 day nightmare!! It all boils down to an unacommidating and non caring manager. Worst. Ever!! The manager at Terrell, however, took care of the problem. But, with all being said, The other manager that use to be in Maybank and other people there were very nice.

I will never us Terrell Enterprise again and would not recommend them to anyone else. After pointing out several dents in the initial inspection of the car I was still held responsible for the damages when returning this vehicle. They stated there was no prior damage to the vehicle and I was charged my deductible plus had to file a claim with my insurance company for repairs I didn't cause. Zero stars!!

They came to pick me up at the body shop I have my car being worked on. I was in and out in no time. Very friendly, and safety was being maintained, as all were wearing masks, including the young lady (Brook[sp])who picked me up. The whole ride to the store, was very talkative and wore her mask the whole trip. I have used this location for years, and will continue to do so.

This location is great. I rent here frequently for my work. They do a great job to get me in and out quickly. They have a good variety of vehicles, and a very friendly staff. I could go several other locations, but I will keep returning to Enterprise in Terrell.

Our experience was just great! We got a great ride, a Dodge Journey, the service was excellent. Our ride was comfortable, clean and economical. The counter representative at Enterprise was informed, and pleasant to deal with. I would definitely use Enterprise again, and recommend them to others.
