I would give less then one star but it wouldn’t let me I spend almost 2 hours there while the guy working talked about his family and a bunch of inappropriate things and swore at least 20 times the mattress I received I believe is not the one I ordered it was hard as a rock and the worst night sleep I’ve ever had I returned it after one night and it cost me $180 in fees I won’t ever be buying a mattress from them ever again I would rather go to Walmart worst experience of my life I want all my money back

Taking over 14 days to get my refund. Go in to find out where my money is after talking to the lady for awhile she stood up and starting screaming at me swearing and telling me to get out I will be contacting my attorney. Will NEVER be back now I also have a police report confirming what happened today
