My day was beyond brightened when I made the choice to enter this establishment. Not only are their welcoming friendly faces there to greet you the moment you enter, you then are followed by precise, hassle free customer service. I was purchasing a new mattress for my mother for Mother’s Day and they truly made my day stress free with everything else going on. Matthew saved the day and took great care of me, without him the smile on my moms face wouldn’t have been nearly as wide. He truly seems to enjoy helping people and to be a productive worker, thank you again truly. I highly recommend for your next bedroom project; speedy, consistent, and attentive what more could you ask for?

My mattress qualified for a warranty claim, Bryce was so helpful in getting the warranty finished and a new mattress delivered to my door. He was also a wonderful salesman for my new cooling pillow! I hope he's there whenever I need anything else!

I stopped there because it was convenient at the time. I am so glad I did. I had a certain situation with my elderly father and I was dreading how I was going to explain it. After about 2 short sentences Matt had the solution for all my problems. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer, more knowledgeable salesperson than what I had with Matt. He even answered questions my 95 year old father had when I called him at the nursing home. What could have taken hours somewhere else took less than thirty minutes with Matt’s help. I would recommend them to anyone.

Mattress firm was a great stop on a random trip. Went for a camper mattress and bought a king size I series mattress and a mechanical bed frame as well. If you haven't laid on a mechanical bedframe your missing out. Byrce was there to help, no pressure from him at all. Didn't try to sell us on anything we didn't want or need. Needless to say our trip to mattress firm was great. Oh and we should have it delivered in two days. Amazing.

We just went there Sunday since we're well overdue for a new mattress. Matthew assisted us and was outstanding! He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He made the whole process so easy and stress free with no pressure which is a big factor I look at. We got a luxury mattress and we cannot wait for it to arrive. Salesmen acknowledged us when we walked in the door, ask us what we were looking for, told them and my price range, Michael showed me two that fit what I was looking for. Absolutely no pressure, purchase the one that best suited me, the best part was they actually had one at their warehouse, I purchased a California King Sealy Hybrid. I purchased it on a Saturday it was delivered the following Tuesday, and that in itself was great, especially with everything that is going on with deliveries, I waited 6 weeks for my living room furniture to be delivered still waiting on my TV stand. They have a huge selection of mattresss, if you are looking to purchase a new mattress you need to check them out. I will make my next mattress purchase there. Thanks guys!

We went to Mattress Firm yesterday. We were greeted by two employees. We weren't the easiest people to help as we were pretty indecisive. The manager switched mattresses for us about 6 times until we found the one that we liked. Also helped us pick pillows that fit put sleeping needs. Very nice experience. Would highly recommend!! Update: Jordan was a very nice person to work with unfortunately he was out sick during the delivery week. I called all week to ensure that my mattresses were going to be there. I kept getting answers like well as for what it's showing they will be etc. I said I really need them by the date promised. I was told on several occasions that they would be here. The day before the intended delivery I stopped in the store and was told there were no exceptions, they will 100 percent be delivered. I should expect a call from the warehouse between 6 and 8 to set up a delivery time. 745 rolls around and no call. I called the store and they said oh...it looks like the mattresses are at the warehouse but they forgot to put them on the truck for delivery. I asked them to call the warehouse. I was told they can never get ahold of the warehouse people. Well at 8 am I called the warehouse today, answered on the first try. Not only are my mattresses not even there from the vendor but the store lied and said that they just didn't put it on the truck. I could deal with it if I just was told the truth but I hate being lied to! We also ordered pillows and my parents wanted the same pillows so we came up and ordered the next day. They got their pillows that were ordered a day later. I have yet to receive mine. Beware ordering from this company.
