My first and last time trying this location, Customer service is horrible, I came today around 6 pm ordered a meatball sandwich the young tall lady in the register had an attitude. I asked a recommendation since it's my first time trying Primos hoagie she got mad instead of helping. Never be back

Over the last 2 years they have cut way back on the meat in their sandwiches. Still a good hoagie, but skimpy on the meat.

Great sandwich. Always consistent results from ordering there. Personally I love the sharp Italian, the sharp prov makes the sandwich pop. I never had a bad hoagie from primos. I only wish they had chicken nuggets or tenders so I can get something for the kids their also. Just saying :)

I love these damn things so much I put on 20lbs in the last 6 months eating them. They're that good you'll break your diet for a Primo Hoagie. This is a hoagie.

The diablo hoagies aren't too spicy but add a lot of flavor to the sandwich.

Terrible experience…and my 1st time at this location. Ordered online (so there wouldn’t be any mistakes..simply click the boxes)..I ordered and it told me 1hr before I could pickup. When I got there it wasn’t done…told in a minute, once they found the order. 20min later it wasn’t done… 20min after that I get my order, no apology..I still gave the kids 20% figuring it was busy..food was wrong and looked like $h.. went to their Twitter, instructed to go to the website and submit feedback..I figured the owner would want to know…got no answer..went back to Twitter, and 3days later they asked if I left feedback on the website…gave up……. Love many of the others…this was just the one in Newtown.

Today I ordered a simple Ham and Turkey Hoagie with extra mayonnaise. When I got home I discovered that the Hoagie had very little meat and no mayonnaise. This is not the first time that this Hoagie shop has poorly filled my order. Maybe because I was in uniform and the staff is anti law-enforcement, not sure. But Primo charges premium prices for their Hoagies, they should make a premium product. They do not and unfortunately this store will not get anymore of my business.

Opted for a Primo Mild Italian on a sesame seed bun with Italian seasoning black crushed pepper. Every slice of deli meat and cheese was freshly sliced specifically for each hoagie. The hoagie was filling and tasted phenomenal.

I liked their Italian sandwiches. However their cheese steak sandwich required a lot of improvement towards authenticity. The ingredients were top notch however it did not convert itself into a Philly cheese steak that we know of.

Great sandwiches. Sometimes the phones don't work which is frustrating. Hard to tell if they are open, busy, or not interested in answering. If I'm looking for a quick lunch sometimes I have skipped coming here if they don't pick up the phone. This issue occurred the last few times I was ordering but was a few months ago. Still 4 stars because the sandwiches are very good. 👍
