Best cell phone store in Langhorne, Pennsylvania (PA) 2024

These guys were great! Bernard and Steve were the most professional and friendly people I’ve ever worked with at a Verizon store. Super helpful and the reviewed my business account and actually SAVED us money on our service! They helped set up two new phones and worked through all our questions. Very patient and kind. Ariel is extremely rude. He needs to learn some manners. If he hates his job so much, go somewhere else. There are “now hiring” signs all over the mall. I didn’t want to purchase my new phone with Ariel, I felt he didn’t deserve my money. Instead, I went to the T-Mobile next to the car dealership right around the corner. Much nicer people over there. ~Macho

Need a phone and want great service then head over to the AT&T Store in the Oxford Valley Mall. Make sure you ask for Jason. I have never interacted with a retail agent as knowledgeable and friendly as Jason. Jason made sure that I was able to receive all of the available discounts provided by AT&T and made sure that I left with the phone that was most tailored to my needs. In addition, for the last (3) weeks since I have purchased the phone I have received follow-up calls from Jason to be certain that I was both happy with my phone and service. Jason is an absolute gem and an A+++ Customer Service agent!!! ~Patrick
