Tried to sell me a new phone, which I didn’t need or want, but the pressure wasn't too much. Expertly applied Liquid Glass to my phone. Uncomfortable seating. VERY pleasant clerk.

I have been an customer for 26yrs. And never once have I been mistreated until I had an opportunity to deal with Steve. He very rude and up obnoxious when it comes to dealing with customers. He should not be working in Customer service because he doesn't have customer service Skills. I told him that I want upgrade for my husband phone. He told me that I had pending purchase On my account and I explained to him that I spoke to someone on the phone a couple days before and he said he was going to send me a link if I changed my mind to purchase the phones on line.I said to Steve is there anyway that you can cancel that order. He said no without trying and then I said can you call he said no. I said are you telling me that you can not help me and he said yes. I was going to give up on Verizon and go to another carrier but my husband talk me out of it. So we preceeded to another Verizon and the gentleman there was very friendly and awesome. I explained to him what was going on and he said let me try to fix the situation and he made a call to Customer service and took care of me. I was able to purchase an new phone. There no excuse for Steve attitude toward people of ethnic races. I will let people know not to go to this Verizon store.

Steve and Steven went out of their way to help us! (Literally drove to another store to get the phone we needed!) The service was incredible. They were so helpful and kind. Definitely recommend coming here

These guys were great! Bernard and Steve were the most professional and friendly people I’ve ever worked with at a Verizon store. Super helpful and the reviewed my business account and actually SAVED us money on our service! They helped set up two new phones and worked through all our questions. Very patient and kind. I HIGHLY recommend them and this store!

Steve was amazing and helped my sister get added to my acct, despite me being over an hour away, in another state. He was patient and worked through the system errors to make sure she was taken care of. I couldnt ask more from anyone when it comes to taking care of my people. Thank you Steve for making her day!
